Dana helped me with my Will and Trust 8 years ago. I needed to write my 1st Amendment to the Trust and she and her staff were totally responsive by email, phone and in person. Dana is very professional and her staff was most courteous. Dana's services are not inexpensive, but I want my end of life issues handled accurately, and I have great confidence in her.

The law office of Dana Kyle completed the estate planning documents for us. With children from two marriages, we needed spousal agreements, as well as separate powers of attorney, and authorizations. All of this was explained to us in easy to understand language, and the documents made that clear. The work was completed in a professional and very courteous manner at a time when the pandemic made personal contact impossible. Two weeks later, it was necessary to make a change in our authorizations, and that too was completed quickly and professionally. The cost to do this was also very reasonable and we are very pleased with the outcome. I made an online inquiry with this office to ask if they were able to handle setting up an LLC for someone who was a former client. I was told I needed to set up an appointment first which would take a month. Is that not what an inquiry is, to inquire whether something is performed in an office before going further?
