Local Locker Storage

I recently used Local Locker Storage in New York to store some of my belongings and was impressed with their service. The location was convenient and easy to find, and the locker was clean and well-maintained. The staff was also very helpful and accommodating, answering all of my questions and making the process of storing my items quick and easy. Additionally, the security measures in place gave me peace of mind knowing that my belongings were safe and secure. Overall, I had a positive experience with Local Locker Storage and would recommend them to others in need of storage services in the New York area.

Fast response back from the staff via text within only a few hours. Very attentive and trying to accommodate my needs as best as they could. Very impressed and happy to be an ongoing customer.

Although my storage unit was temporary, the service (Chantel provides the best hospitality) and location (clean and safe) were phenomenal! I never had issues when accessing the building or reaching out to Chantel when a question came up - always prompt to respond. 10/10 recommend if you're looking for a reliable accommodation. If I need storage again, this will be the first place I come back to.

Had such a wonderful experience using this locker location! Peter was very accommodating by showing us locker tour and answering all our questions. He was always responsive on texts and emails. There are no surprise charges like some other locker locations I've used in the past. This place really feels like a small business mom-and-pop!

Local Local Storage and the owners have been amazing. Facilities are in excellent shape. I love that they are neighborhood located and not absurdly large hard to access facilities. Every interaction and transaction has been so smooth and Peter and Alex have provided everything needed and more!

I rent the Soho storage and the location is perfect. Set up was super easy and I had access to my storage within minutes of registering. The units are clean and easily accessible. Highly recommended.

A new-ish self storage start up company that leaves some rooms for errors and really need to update the way they work and inform customers. On my move in day that I chose several days before, I got a big surprise when I arrived with my boxes to the unit I rent to find there was a combination lock still on the unit’s gate! There was no one working there and when I tried to call and text the customer service, they stopped working at 6PM but the storage stays opens until 9:30PM. The welcoming instructions said any traditional lock from a hardware store should work which is not true. I spent $24 buying a heavy duty outdoor lock and it was too big for the hole you are supposed to put a lock through. What a messy first move in day! They should really send someone there to make sure the unit is actually vacant and ready for new tenant to move in if they don’t have a staff on site. Besides these mishaps, the staffs are nice and attentive with great communication through emails and texts. I was gonna give 3 stars but the staffs’ attentiveness earned them another stars.

The experience is not bad, it would be better if a conveyor belt can be installed on the side of the stairs to facilitate the handling of luggage and goods
