This is the best Duane Reade in all of NYC. Special shout out to Jayvon and Chanelle who went out of their way to support me with my queries and purchases. When the found out was my friends birthday they made our day a hundred times better with their customer service and friendliness. Would recommend going here just for them!

This very special pharmacy team continues to be kindest and most helpful team, anywhere. I fill scripts and get vaxxed here whenever needed even though I live an hour away and have to coordinate visits to see Neticia and team when I’m down in the city. I’m grateful and really appreciate them all.

Well .. I’ve been in this store a few times and the experience has not been all that great .. The other day I decided to go in and ask for some skin care help . Karen (store associate), introduced me to the new BirchBox line they now carry. She was very informative of the brand and helpful with choosing the right products for my skin!! She made the experience very easy and pleasant !! Almost forgot I was shopping lol ... I didn’t feel like a customer! She made it fun!! Knows a lot when it comes to skin care !! Great smile and personality ! I am happy with my products!!!!!!!

I had a great time at Duane Reade, especially when the Y.M.C.A song by the village people started playing inside the store, and everyone started singing, and I started laughing when I saw a man dressed as an Indian come out of nowhere, Jajaja. To counter the other inaccurate review, this is a normal drug store, you just need to go downstairs to get to the pharmacy and other medicines. The stairs are clearly marked.
