UNIQLO Soho Store

LOVE Uniqlo. They just have a set of style that suits me amazingly well. It's fashion on a budget!

Probably the best store on SoHo in terms of fashionable but affordable clothing. Especially if you want collaborations with local NY artists like Keith Haring and Basquiat. Their self checkout system is pretty futuristic too

Beautifully designed space, staff is helpful, no complaints. Had some issues with returning item purchased online to the store, had to call the manager and it was resolved. Otherwise a very nice store, lots of good items. Never seen much discounts there, but they have items that are not available online. Big selection of items.

I hold UNIQLO's customer service as the gold standard for being un-intrusive yet helpful and friendly when needed (no one's following you around asking if you want a fitting room, but if they see you need a bag, they'll ask). Their selection of clothing is excellent; some are hits, some are misses, but there's something for everyone. Definitely one of my favorite stores to stop by in Soho.

New self-checkout machines are fast! Which I like because there used to be long lines. Good selections, bright colors.

It is one of my favorite stores in the city for sure. When winter arrives, uniqlo is the first place I think about. The reason that I think about Uniqlo is their heat tech products. The heat tech products are very reliable when it comes to fighting the winter in New York City.

I went on a Saturday for some T Shirts and Socks. The AI self check out is amazingly quick. I didn't even spend 1 minute waiting. The changing rooms and other areas, on the other hand, have long lines but it's expected.

Really loved what they have done with the space. Makes shopping here a wonder experience of high quality goods.

So many options to choose from. Prices are reasonable. I bought two button up shirts for work. They felt so nice and smooth.

Too many choices . Nicer layout for men, women and children. Great value and styles!

Models like in Europе. Different from what is sold in Japan. I didn't understand why there were so few T-shirts and underwear.
The prices are normal, I thought they would be higher in America, but no.

Don't know if this is the flagship store. But three floors of shopping was great. Lots of help walking around. Check out was fast.

Good store but 5th ave location has a better selection. Friendly service, space is tight when it gets busy. Overall solid experience.

Great selection of quality clothing. If you want cotton this is the place to shop. If you want cashmere, wool and quality clothing at a fair price point shop here.

Came here specifically for Uniqlo’s UTme t-shirt custom print service on a Saturday morning.

Really thankful for the staff member who helped us navigate on how to play around with sticker placements when designing on the tablet. I felt so bad because we took so long to decide on what stickers we wanted but the staff was so nice!

This UTme station is located to the right of the check out area on the first floor. All you need to do is head to the station and a staff member will explain how to use the tablet, design your piece, tell the staff what size shirt or tote you want, you head to checkout to pay for it and bring it back so it can be printed.

And printing is free! You only need to pay for the cost of the shirt or tote.

I’d shopped online many times before but this was my first time in the physical location and it’s hell of a place. It can easily overwhelm form the sheer amount of items and size of the store so when you’re planning to stop by make sure you’ve got some time so you don’t have to rush in and out cause it’s gonna take a while to make it through everything. Tons and tons of shirts and sweaters greet you the further in you got the more the items are sectioned off. I found the graphic t shirt section to be really cool as well. Store is clean and easy to navigate, great stop for affordable clothes that look great.

This is the SoHo branch of the UNIQLO chain designer clothing outlet. This store is massive and really addictive. You wouldn’t want to leave once you step your foot into this store. The clothes are beautiful, not expensive and of the highest quality you can find out there. The customer service is also amazing. The associates walks up to me intermittently just to make sure I find what I want.
