Love this place. Their schedule is very accommodating. Cindy is very kind and friendly. The staff there seem to be enjoy their time with customers too! Definitely make an appointment! They have people coming in and out all day, so there isn’t always availability for walk-in appointments. Usually same day appointments are available!

Cindy is the best, I drive almost an hour to see her and she always makes sure I am pleased with how my nails look before I leave! My last set of nails with her lasted me over a month with no cracking! Seriously, consider seeing Cindy if you’re in the area.

I went a little over a week ago to get my nails done before a trip to L.A. It was my first time getting anything other than a basic manicure - I got ANC/dip ($45) with almond filed ($5) tips ($5) and 2 nails "custom painted" ($2). So from what I remember it was $57 total before tip. I brought a reference picture (last pic) and they matched it almost exactly (I opted to go for accent nails with the gold line, not all 10).

A really nice man helped at the start as I described what I wanted and showed the picture. He started buffing and adding tips but after a couple tips I was switched over to Cindy. Both of these people were great for customer service but obviously since Cindy did the majority of my nails I thought she was FANTASTIC. Like I said I never had ANC or tips done before so not gonna lie it looked rough at the start and I asked Cindy if she thought one of the tips looked crooked. She said it wasn't crooked/a mistake and that it lined up with the direction my nail grew in, which I guess grows kind of to the side. But anyways as she kept going it was looking better and better. At the end I felt bad for questioning her and she did such a great job I gave her like a 22% tip I think. I also asked her how long she's been doing nails for before realizing it sounded like I was questioning her skill which was not my intention but anyways she's been doing it since she was a teen and has like 20+ years I think, and I believe her!

10/10 would recommend if you're looking for a high-quality manicure at a very fair price! Pricing is hard to find online but it's laid out very clearly on a big sign in the store.

I have been going to Cindy since I met her over a decade ago at a different salon, very close to where I live.
She always had a line of clients waiting just for her. Once I got the opportunity to be in her chair, I haven't looked back. When she relocated from Albany/Colonie to Latham, I made it my mission to find out where she had opened her own salon. ( Folks at her previous employer weren't allowed to tell us- that tells you all you need to know)
Well- I found her. 🥰
She does an amazing job on my nails and my eyebrows. She is always so polite, courteous, attentive, and above all amazing at her craft. She takes her time and delivers each and every time.
I can honestly say that it is worth the trip to her beauty salon.
When I find myself admiring someone's nails, they usually mention Cindy. The conversation is often followed by the years they have been going to her.
She did my nails for my wedding.
She has done my daughter's nails for graduation.
I don't put my name behind just anyone.
This year for the 1st time, I did a holiday theme. It is beautiful. I wouldn't expect less from her.

I was referred by a few friends. Today was first time as my girl I always went to moved down south in July who did my nails for over 7 yrs and I had tried to stay with same company but I've had to go 4 times in less then 2 mths. As saying goes 3 strikes your out. I went today I explained everything to Cindy and Amy was amazing. She listened did a fabulous job and talked me into brow and lip wax. Oh my goodness no redness so even. Amy was extremely friendly and I will definitely be going back.
The salon was so clean and upon cashing out which was a extremely great price. Another customer stated she's been going there for 6yrs. I can see why.

I’ve been going to Cinderella Nail for years. I like getting ANC on my finger nails and they are always responsive to my requests and the quality is great. I just started doing pedicures and they are SO relaxing and take a long time which is good because you are paying for it. I recently brought my best friend there and she liked it too, and my husband who had a foot massage/pedicure with no polish (obviously). Will definitely keep going back even though I live in Albany near other closer nail salons. The employees are very timely and friendly.

I loved Cinderella Nail Salon! It was very clean and comfortable. There are so many polish colors, as well as ANC color choices. I decided on an ANC manicure done on my natural nails (done by Cindy). I had 3 broken nails which she added tips to at no extra charge. 😊 She was very polite and we had great conversation while she did my nails. Cindy has a great sense of humor also. She was attentive and made sure my nails where filed perfectly straight. I had a wax done as well. Cindy gave me a $4 discount for having more than one service done, which was a bonus! I will most definitely be going back to have my nails done again for sure. I absolutely recommend Cinderella Nail Salon to anyone.

I just started going to this nail salon. The first time I went it was pretty good the second time I went the guy messed up my Nails a hundred percent But then I went back and cindy fixed them and she did an amazing job I don't do really long nails but the job she did was amazing. I didn't think she was going to be able to fix them But she did just a sweet girl very sweet person and awesome at what she does

After two years, I stoped at this spot because of a gift certification I still had from 2019. Great service and all the staff were amazing and everything came out great.

I highly recommend this location!! From the minute my daughter and I walked in the door, we felt welcomed. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. They painted my daughter’s (toddler) toes and were very patient and kind to her. She enjoyed every second of it. The place was very clean and well organized. Prices were reasonable and the service was great! We are from out of town but will definitely be visiting again when in town.

My new go to salon! Staff is nice and environment is clean and comfortable. No one makes you feel rushed. My nails looked fantastic each time. Reasonably priced for great quality. My job is very hands on and they have stood up to the abuse; very happy!

I had a great experience! It's very clean and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly. I got the ANC nails stiletto cut with Pumpkin Thai Latte color. Love the color and love the nails. They look and feel so much more natural than acrylic/gel! I've never been so happy with fake nails before! I'll definitely be going back next time 4/10 of my natural nails break within a week (haha). Very fair prices as well

My daughter and I both got manicures and pedicures on Mothers Day. They had a table of nice treats and drinks and they were able to get us started within minutes. Joe was super patient with my daughter and we didn't feel like we were being rushed through like other places! Tons of colors and spa options, clean and friendly. Definitely recommend and this will be our nail salon from now on.

Loved my whole experience. The nail techs were really kind and energetic. The place looks small from the outside but once you see the inside you’ll understand the name of the salon. I’ll definitely be back

Cindy is amazing. My nails are beautiful. She does amazing eyebrows too. I would highly recommend coming here. I called last minute and they were able to get me in. I was there late and the rest or the staff left but Cindy. Never made me feel rushed.

I went to Cinderella when my usual place was booked up, and I am so glad that I did. I have never had a better experience or manicure. I always get ANC on my natural nails. They have a huge selection of ANC and it's displayed very well it's not on a messy ring that they throw at you. I got the nail tech at station 5 and she was lovely. I had found something on Pinterest I wanted and when I showed her she took my phone and looked through the colors herself to find exactly what I was looking for quickly and efficiently. She asked me 3 times if I liked the colors before she started and ensured that I was happy along the way. I have been to salons that use the drill to get ANC color off, they treat your nails much better by soaking in hot water with acetone then using acetone, no drill for removal. I had broken my thumb nail and it was significantly shorter than the rest, she offered to put a tip or leave it, it was nice to have the option and not feel forced or judged for not getting a tip (I always break them.) She even gave a little shoulder rub after. The ambiance of the salon is nice, clean, and relaxing. I liked that nail techs wernt yelling or talking to eachother across the salon (seems common for salon culture) but focusing on their clients instead. My nails look great I felt pampered and relaxed and the prices are right.

Let's just say I drive almost 40 minutes to get my nails done. FOURTY. MINUTES. Lol, I will never go anywhere else to get my nails done. Everyone is so kind! Andy is my go-to guy, and he is the BEST nail tech I have ever met. Maybe I am a little biased, but it's true! My nails are very thin and break so easily, but Andy always makes them perfect and, knock on wood, I haven't broken any nails in a long time! Cinderella Nail Studio is the BEST nail salon for all your nail needs!

My nails were so good I totally recommend going here it’s such a fantastic place and the service quality was very good totally recommend y’all !!
