I have been with this agency since I purchased my first home. Any time i have contemplated leaving, for finanical purposes, no company has matched or beat their rates provided our policy coverage. Furthermore, when I call in for potential claims questions they always provide clear answers. To top it off, every time I call it’s the same office staff because they retain their employees. All around a great experience.

She was quick to respond and diligent about explaining costs and coverage. Life insurance coverage is also a great value and was easy to schedule the medical exam.

Erie should have covered our entire roof not just the front half. Doing half a roof reduces the value and appearance of our home. We are retired on SSI so paying the extra meant we had to take out a second mortgage but that is on Erie. They get a 4 not a 10.
