They really care about you as a person and how you are doing and progressing. My son has terrible pains when running and they went above and beyond finding the solution and ways to correct his pain. Ryan and Montana have impacted my sons outlook and his athletic abilities. Amazing place!

Unfortunately I am utterly disappointed in how my case was handled. Terminated if you will. Due to cancelled appointments on my part and 1 no show which occurred today although I had already requested my appointments be cancelled until further notice due to my mother's surgery and my daughter being severely I'll since last week. (August 12th. ) According M.B.(HR DEPT) my ratio for attendance and absences was unacceptable and cause for termination.
I realize as she put it "there are other patients trying to get in for therapy that need it!" As if I did not know or care. Or need it myself!! Really? I too need and deserve therapy just as much as anyone there. Forgive me if due to my age I am far from retired or even close to retiring. I do not have all day to be at Dr.s appointmemts or working around SWSS schedule as some of your patients might do. I do what and when I can.

Your phone call Ms. Buren completely caught me off gaurd. I am a single mother of 2 working 3 jobs and unfortunately I cannot spend 3-5 days out of my week at doctors offices and therapy. My family must eat! So I go when I am able. In following protocol I would ALWAYS notify SWSS when I was unable to make it, reschedule, and or call to schedule at a later time. This saddens me to the core because my therapists Lea, Alejandra and their team treated me with respect compassion and genuinely were trying to help me and my health get back to where it should be. I will miss them but I will take with me all their valuable advice and exercises and I pray and hope to acquire a team half as great as those folks were! Kudos to you all!

To you Mrs. Buren may you never be a broke a$@ single mother working 3 jobs to get by, not even thriving, with an injured back that won't allow you to move or work as you once could. Or enjoy your grandkids to the fullest because of the pain! And I pray that no one ever makes you feel as you made me feel today. Ever! You are just as important as me or any other living breathing entity here on earth.

God bless
Laura Jean

I was going here for minor back pain. The PT I was seeing injured my back in a whole new and horrible way and didn't seem to understand what had happened. I was in extreme pain and I went to my primary care Dr and had to get Rx pain medication for the new injury I sustained while at the PT. I went back once more and tried to explain to the PT what happened and he was very forceful in trying to get me to continue doing the thing that injured my back. I had to really stand my ground and tell him no. No one should ever have to be that insistent that they got injured and were not going to continue. There was also a girl there that wanted to put me on a machine "for my PT" and when I asked why she refused to answer me, only saying it was "for your PT" over and over again. That is not an acceptable answer. The machine had nothing to do with my back (the reason I was there) and was actually causing an old injury to flare up again. So again I had to tell them no, I'm not doing this, its causing me harm. Another thing that really bothered me was that they would ask you if you wanted hot or cold packs instead of actually telling you which one you should use. For example, if you sprained your ankle it would be very bad to put heat on it as it would cause the swelling to be worse. You do not leave that decision up to your client because they often dont know what to use and there are contraindications for hot and cold therapy depending on the injury.

Lastly I'd like to say that in my profession about 20% of my clients have been injured by doctors or PTs. They come to me to fix them. So I guess I can add myself to the list of people who have been injured.

I'm editing this post to add that the manager called me to set me up with another PT and was not interested to know what happened. He straight up dngaf. At least the receptionist said I hope you feel better. The complete lack of professionalism and care is appalling. If I dont get better and my Dr recommends xrays we will be talking about getting a lawyer to pay for the medical expenses cause by their carelessness.

During my evaluation Mike Rawlings (without asking ) shook my head rapidly in his hands. This action along with all the so-called therapy caused me to need brain surgery.
