UH Brunner Sanden Deitrick Wellness Center

I had an appointment in the Mentor Family Practice for the very first time with Physician Assistant, Abby Cicero and I just wanted to put a little review on here to give their practice some praise. Abby was very sweet, kind, she really listened to me and talked with me, and was overall just a amazing. I recommend her to anyone that needs to see a provider. Abbys M a Natalie was also very sweet and I loved talking with her. Also Angel downstairs in the lab drew my blood for me, and she was so nice, and she laughed with me and she also made this whole process a lot easier. I just wanted their excellence to be recognized. Also thank you ladies at the front desk in MFP and the lab as well (and I’m sorry I didn’t catch their names) but they were so nice and helpful. Thank you for all you do ladies you are greatly appreciated :)

Even though we had a 2 hour wait at the Urgent Care, the staff we encountered during that time was pleasant and professional. Check-in person was friendly and got us checked in quickly. Nurse that took us back to room said she came in to help staff clear up patients. Doctor Maguire came into exam room quickly and was friendly and got us out in a short time.

I like everyone I've been in contact, from the gym and pool area, the PT instructors Jim, Glenn & Kile, Doctor Brian and his staff, last the technician and staff with Drs. Hill & Thomas. They all are friendly, caring & professional. When you enter the PT area the staff who greets you are always friendly and smiling making you feel welcome.
I was very impressed with Dr. Brian and his staff. They spent a lot of time on what was the reason I was there. Dr. Brian was very thorough and found conditions that no body else has brought to my attention and now working on getting them corrected.
I highly recommend anybody having any kind of arthritic pain to go see this group.

Michael Peterson P.A is absolutely the BEST thing that’s ever happened to that practice in the whole 20 years I’ve been going there (and I’ve seen just about everyone at the practice) He’s very up-to-date on modern medicine, he’s much more efficient, patient and has a much better attitude/bedside manner than my previous doctor I was seeing there. I’m crabby or not feeling well when I have to come in why did I deal with Sacerich who was just as crabby or crabbier than me? Whoever hired him (Michael) should be your lead HR because I can’t say the same for some of the others I’ve encountered over my many years there. My whole family has switched to him because I tell everyone he’s the best doctor (I know he’s not but he is to me) I’ve ever seen. I don’t sit and wait for 30 mins anymore for Cheryl, he’s on time yet sits and listens to you fully and even when you’re crabby or feeling awful he’s still as polite and as nice as can be. Great hire, please give him a raise and do not let him leave your practice.
His latest nurse is absolutely wonderful as well. She’s a keeper very friendly. Quit changing all his nurses.

I went to the Urgent Care because of a scratch on my cornea. Dr Andrew Stemar was AWESOME! Took great care of me and had me come in for a recheck. Highly recommend him! My daughter in law ended up at urgent care on Mon Oct 12, one wk after my appt. She also thinks Dr Stemar is AWESOME! Great Job Doctor!!

We’ve been members since the opening, and our entire family enjoys it. I tried a few of the classes and enjoyed them. I am pleased with the kids program and classes. My son enjoys going in to the child care, my older daughter enjoys the fun camps they put on not just during summer time, but also during those random days when school is closed. I also like that a I can bring my active kids on the track. I personally love the lifting area. It is never crowded which is nice as a female. The lap pools always have lanes open. They recently added a little grab and go cafe which makes delicious healthy smoothies! Wellness center gets 5 stars from our family.

I had an MRI for the first time yesterday and was nervous about what it would be like but the technician was so nice and kind that I was able to relax throughout the test. they ran on time and everybody was very courteous from the front desk to the technician that took care of me.

I went to Brunner Sanden for a abdominal abscess. I could not have chosen a better facility! The care I received was amazing! Dr. Maquire and the nurses gave me excellent care! The Dr. was very informative and his bedside manner was awesome! I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone!

Outstanding experience! Registrars, Jenny & Paula, were friendly & professional. MRI tech, Pam, helped me through my mild claustrophobia, & kept me informed throughout the entire exam. Couldn't ask for better staffing!

I Have seen Dr. Juriga at this facility for over a year now. He is one of the most kindest, compassionate, caring doctors I have ever gone to. His staff is wonderful as well! He has tried to do everything he can to make my life more bearable. I owe him and his staff tons of gratitude! Thank you for all you do!

I've had aquatic therapy at the wellness center on Market Street in Mentor, Ohio before and it helped with my lumbar spinal stenosis pain. The entire staff and therapists are very wonderful and are very helpful. I'm back to continue my aquatic therapy for my lower back and am very grateful for the care that the Lake Health Brunner Deitrick Sanden Wellness Campus's staff and physical therapists always provide. The facility is huge with a large workout area with all the latest workout equipment including a climbing wall, 3 full size pools, whirlpool, and hot tube. Not to mention acupuncture, massage therapy, and a host of other activities that are available at this fabulous place. It's hard to believe so much can be under one roof but it's right here and Mentors lucky to have it right on Market Street right off of route 615, and right next to the route 2 freeway exits and entrances. Talk about convenience right in the heart of Lake County.

I go here for physical therapy and they are always nice at the desk and the physical therapists. It's a clean facility from what I've seen. I very much like going to my appointments.

Great place to have an MRI done! I am extremely claustrophobic, even with that, they worked with me and we were able to get my MRI done. I was in the machine for an hour and a half. Thank you!

All nurses were very nice and professional. I inadvertently arrived late for my appointment and was treated very nice despite my infraction. I was seen promptly and with little waiting.

Everyone was very friendly. They made you feel right at home. I was terrified because I'm afraid of MRIS. But the nurse there made me very comfortable and not so afraid.

enjoyed my therapy and feel much better thanks to Sherrie Northrup and the staff. They showed concern and compassion to me when I was in pain and I am thankful for their knowledge and commitment to getting me better and able to return to work.

Had an appointment at the Sports Medicine office. Everyone was very professional and very thorough. I am confident that they will address my problem completely and in a timely manner.
They were professional in their enforcement of their Covid19 protocols.

I had an MRI done here recently and it was actually RELAXING! They let me pick music to listen to, and they explained everything that was happening while I was in the machine. Great experience all around.

5 I like not have to go to Lake west and be around a lot of people
6 all the doctors and nurses and workout trainers are great.
