Giant Eagle Supermarket

The fresh store makes for a very clean and fast shipping experience. Everything is condensed into a smaller layout due to the size of the building.

This brand new Giant Eagle it's really nice (as you might expect from a brand new store). The produce, deli, bakery, seafood, and meat department all offer up great options. They have a cold bar, but they do not offer a hot bar which limits the lunch options for those that work in the area. They also provide a mobile scanning option. This allows you to scan while you shop; expediting the checkout process.

Love love curbside at the Tyler store in Mentor such a great staff. There is one staff member who has always gone up and beyond to help me with changes or add Please let me express my gratitude to Ellen This location has always been clean and if you buy seafood of course there's a smell Great store and we have been to numerous stores

I purchased a prepared meal, The Chicken Alfredo, on Sunday September 9th before watching the Browns, victory. I actually remembered to pack the meal and I brought it to work for lunch on Monday. After popping the microwave safe, container in the microwave for one minute, I pulled it out and stirred the contents, and placed the dish back in for another forty-five seconds. After the first bite I was truly amazed by the flavor and how moist the chicken was, but thought maybe it was a fluke. After the second and third bite I put my fork down and looked up the phone number for Giant Eagle. I called and spoke with someone in prepared foods, I was to excited to get her name, and told her how fantastic and delightful my lunch turned out to be. She seemed perplexed and ultimately happy that I called. I think maybe she thought I was initially calling to complain about something, but it was the complete opposite. I highly recommend The Chicken Alfredo in the prepared food section and i look forward to trying different dishes. Mj

This Giant Eagle in Mentor is beautiful. Very well organized, most items are easily accessible and the staff if super nice and friendly.
The prices on the other hand left me gasping for air, but I realize that all stores are high in price right now.
I would certainly tell anyone to shop there. Had a great time.

Went to Giant Eagle at Tyler. All we had was a loaf 🍞 of bread. The lines were really long so we eyed 😲only one person at the customer service center buying a lottery ticket. We were read the riot act! "This counter is only for Tobacco and Lottery, we have too many things to do! I'm going to take you this time, but, next time you need to use the regular line! 🤓 So don't use the Service Counter except for Lottery or Tobacco... they're Grumpy! 😬

I like Giant Eagle, any of their store locations. They usually have what I want, sometimes they don't, it happens. Prices are decent. Tyler Road in Mentor, Ohio does curbside pick up and delivery.

This was a very nice Giant Eagle. Wide rows, very clean and their bakery and meat department offered a lot more choices than can be found in other Giant Eagles in the area. Made me wonder why my local Giant Eagle is so different?

Nice clean. The bakery man was very nice. They other people didn't put strawberries on my cake I order. Be he did a very great job for not knowing what he was doing 👏

Very nice and clean store

The new Giant Eagle is excellent, very well laid out and terrific fresh food and prepared foods too. The check out people are very helpful and friendly. I like the big wide parking lot with good handicap choices.
The access to the store and surrounding outlets is easy with entrance and exits on lights at both Tyler Blvd. And Center street is convenient and safe. Very nice new Giant Eagle. Also a lot of registers were open with check out people so with my larger orders I don't have to self check!!!!

Super clean, not too packed, and they have a lot of good selections. Lots of staff who are very friendly and always offer to help with finding items or at checkout. Parking is never a hassle and its right off Tyler Blvd and near route 2 so its easy to get to.. This is my favorite Giant Eagle for sure. Highly recommend.

Nice clean new(er) store. A little out of my way to go again, but new and fresh is always fun to visit. Late evening on a Sunday meant not busy at all, so even better imo.

June 2022 update; still a good place to shop. Decent produce selections, bakery items are tasty, and friendly check out staff.

Feb. 2023 update: Still nice to shop at and now the area around it now has more businesses, so that will help draw me back.
