Customer service is great and the owners do an amazing job at running their business by far my favorite gas station

They need more staff! Send more staff! People are waiting in line for over 15 minutes for subpar gas that is also way over priced. I get that that those stores deserve to charge a premium for everything because it's literally a store that banks profit off their convenience (aka YOUR LAZINESS) so all is fair. But please send more employees!

VERY DIRTY AND UNKEPT. After putting gas in my car, I walked inside to use the restroom. I had to weave down the beverage aisle filled with boxes on the floor and avoid the leaking liquid too. The bathroom was a dirty mess and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in many months. Walking out of the restroom to exit the store, I noted the floor in the rest of the store resembled the bathroom...FILTHY.

Customer service is a negative. The man behind the counter was more interested in FaceTiming with his girlfriend I guess. Placed my change on the counter which I hate. He seemed as if I was bothering him at work. The store was a mess. I’m not a frequent customer and this definitely will not make me return. Very bad vibe in the store and I should have left and not spent my money and went somewhere else.

Bathrooms are disgusting and somehow didn’t have hot water. Everything is marked way up compared to the other stores around

Have had my fill of disrespect from these cashiers
Today I turned around and spoke with the same tone and volume they used on me. Would have felt bad but the expression on their faces put a halt to that

First off, horrible customer service. But more importantly they’re super cheap. Bought drinks here and it’s barely above room temperature. If you’re too cheap to pay for refrigeration then you probably shouldn’t be in the business.

This place is horrible, the staff consistently smells like bad body odor and the facility is poorly taken care of. I would think for as busy as a place like this it would look a little nicer.
They always have the wrong prices listed on the refrigerators , too.

Cup sizes are not marked and they don’t even let you use your rewards in the app
