Love this one! Has what you need and in a good location... The management leaves much to be desired...went to purchase a patio table... the process works like this you take the cardup to the register and they bring the table well we get to the register the cashier asked is this in stock? We looked incredulously at each other and I said "how would I know? I don't work here... he even says what how do you know we have it? At that point I said do you want me to go in the back and look isn't that your job to find out we bring the card here if it's in stock you bring it if not we leave... he grabs his phone calls in the back and they ask where are they parked clearly. they had it in stock... Also signs put in misleading places... I purchased a umbrella stand with a 20% off sign inches from it and they refused to honor it said that the discount was was for everything but that..... I plan on reaching out to higher management about that because the so called manager was very rude and I felt disrespected.. I was with my 80 year old mother who had the foresight to have me take a picture and here it is

It's the old school big and lots the one from Ashtabula is now just a home decor Place only whereas in this big and lots and didn't change thanks. 👌

I always find fun things and foods! Post seasonal sales are great!

Very clean and organized. You never know what they may have. The furniture department looks nice. Friendly staff and it's close to home

Big lots is truly a bargain hunters Paradise great prices on good quality items I'd love their selection of fall candles and their fall decor is absolutely gorgeous it makes my home feel so cozy and welcoming even my 15 year old son made a comment about the scented candles I'm coming there this week to purchase some mats for my kitchen as well as some more fall decor on my hearth and on my mantle
I think that Big lots should allow you to be to place things and layaway besides furniture that's my only beef with them five stars

Went to Mentor, and to Willoughby...Mentor store is easier to shop due to store layout, but both places were well stocked and orderly...and folks were helpful and friendly...

Pleasantly surprised to walk in and see Big Lots has cleaned up their stores and given them a healthy dose of organization. Same merchandise but you're actually able to easily find what you're looking for. Prices tend to be good, but be warned: something aren't a good deal.

They have some great deals on name brand furniture. They have cleaned and rearranged the store making it easier to find what you are looking for. I signed up for their card and received $5.00 off. I will be shopping there more often.

Big Lots is the place to go if you need to get furniture. You can find comfortable quality furniture at discounted prices and they also have just about everything you need for your home like food and supplies too. Good customer service 👍

Listen!! Please don't sleep on Big Lots selections and style. I came for a drink dispenser and walked out with sophisticated party favors and a WHOLE canvas collage!! And would have gotten the hand-painted one too, if I had the space in my car. Lol 😆

Love the size of the store. It is always clean & stocked. Super deals! Makeup, holiday decorations, food, furniture! They have it all. Definitely worth the trip.

Great store. Shop there all the time. I have a service dog and I bring her. Everybody there loves her. I let everybody pet her and she gets excited. I love Big Lots

Very nice store. Open design makes the furniture area look very modern. They have great deals here you just need to come back offten. Great place to go shopping.

Sonny in the furniture department is a gem. Very friendly and professional. I bought a table and 4 chairs and two of the chairs had slight flaws. Sonny never hesitated in swapping them for two new ones.
