Heinen's Grocery Store

This place is absolutely amazing!! As a loyal Wegmans shopper it takes a lot to impress me. Lots of people in every part of the store to help you, and an amazing array of fresh food in every department, and a great variety of local products.

I love this location! Items are in stock and fresh. Beautiful flowers available year round for gifts or our dining table. Meat department staff are friendly and helpful. Good beer and wine section with knowledgeable staff. Bring in reusable bags to get entered into their monthly gift card drawing!

Love ❤ this store. The selection is great and better prices then at Whole Foods. I would have given it a 10 but they only have 5 . 😆

Love Heinens, it can be a little high sometimes. However, their meet and produce puts others to shame. Love the prepared foods. Have great sales. I can always find a nice wine. People who work there are great, and they will stop what their doing to help you find something. I won't buy seafood anywhere else.

Best catering we have ever done!!! We used your services for our rehearsal dinner and it was simply the best! Everything was delivered on time and our guest enjoyed all the food and even asked where we got all this delicious food from! We are from Maryland and we having been planning from afar - Heinens Grocery Catering made it that much easier for us here in Ohio.

People complain that the prices are higher than Walmart. It's because Heinen's has better food. However, when something is on sale, the savings are really good. I trust this meat and produce more than I do at most other stores, and I trust the house brand, too.

Regarding the service, my experience is almost always positive. The only other grocery store where I've had service just as friendly was the place where I shopped while living in Phoenix, where pretty much everyone is happy. But in northeast Ohio, Heinen's stands out. I've gotten a lot of great advice from knowledgeable employees who are more than willing to help. It's also my experience after several years of shopping there that the checkout employees don't stand there and ignore customers. Then again, I'm nice to them, so they naturally reciprocate.

My advice: wherever you go (including Heinen's), if you want people to be kind to you, a smile goes a long way.

Literally my one complaint is that some of them aren't very good at bagging groceries. Sometimes, I would rather do it myself.

The best grocery chain. Always terrific choices and hand made deli dishes. Some of my favorite sections are the great cheese selection, fresh baked items, fresh fish and butcher counters and wines and beers to satisfy anyone. The Heinens associates in Mentor are top notch also.

Great seafood selection as I plan a Vday dinner and night in.

These people are amazing! My toddler ripped the (cheap) balloon off the string while we were in there & it got "trapped" on one of the low hanging fixtures. These awesome people grabbed a ladder & got the balloon for me & made my toddler so happy! Thank you guys so much!

The freshness and bright colours of the produce is amazing.The meat department was fantastic. Very clean, organized and well stocked. Friendly employees. Glad I stopped in there for what I needed.

Heinens is local. Always carries fresh produce and high-quality meat. It is a bit more expensive than Target or Walmart, but you also pay for an experience where employees still bag your groceries, carry them to your car, and source the highest quality items. Sales are also great.

I like Heinens but they can be a bit pricey especially their meat. But if you watch for their sales you'll do well because they have quality meat, seafood and produce. I especially love to stop in and grab dinner from their gourmet case...they never fail to please!!

Heinen's always has the goods! Extensive produce section including locally grown, seasonal favorites. Impressive inventory in all the departments with cultural diversity infused throughout the store. Bakery, seafood, meat, dairy and deli departments have many offerings, including fresh sushi and international treats. Health food isle. Complimentary car loading of groceries. Wish we had Heinen's in Florida!

It is a place where you can find the best products, the best service and in an excellent location, highly recommended

A little pricey other than that a great place to stock up.

This place is awesome! Especially the Mentor store. They are usually fully stocked and have some unique items. Be careful because if you're ordering online, they are no longer with Instacart and they charge delivery.

Great optipn for sandwich meat and prepared already made dinners. Store looks great and friendly employees. I was disappointed they are closed Thanksgiving and the day after. I was hoping to purchase some catering trays for bridal shower on Friday

Nice spacious clean store. Friendly helpful staff. And the only store that carries specific foods I want. Always a pleasure to shop there. Thanks.

Love the place, love the meat department. Everything was very clean, everything was full. Very good atmosphere, brother shops there all the time.
