They were GREAT when I shipped my Tucci boots to have them repaired. Every person I talked to on the phone was so helpful and kind. My boots were back to me in 3 weeks and the process was super easy.

I have not visited this store in person, but I have made purchases online. They ship the orders very quickly. I've had to contact the store a few times and the staff is helpful. I live in another state, but I will continue to shop online at Chagrin!

Great selection and awesome service. All the employees are super nice. As a parent of an equestrian rider, I really appreciate Dana's expertise on helmet fitting. Equestrian clothing and outfitting is expensive, so I also appreciate the consignment store.

The customer service at Chagrin Saddlery is bar none! They represent a great selection of brands and orders are shipped out promptly with care–especially around the holidays. I had an issue with an item I had ordered a few months ago and they were able to work with the manufacturer to get it replaced with no effort on my end. I will be purchasing tack from Chagrin Saddlery again!

We love this store! Every time we stop in we are greeted with a smile and a someone to help us. We are new to the horse world and they are there to answer questions. They always let me take my time in the store and I never feel rushed. It is a great place for gifts and everything you need to get started riding and more! There is so much in this store and it is presented with organized style. I love their every day clothes too! This store is a great part of our community I would be lost going anywhere else for our riding needs!

Ordered through their online store for a product I couldn't find anywhere else. Not only was it available, it cost less than other retailers! Shipped in a timely manner and I was pleasantly surprised by the pristine packaging (everything was neatly folded in a Ziploc bag) and even included a couple treats for my furry friends. Will shop there again!

I have been going to Chagrin Saddlery for the last four years. I consign my tack there as well as purchase consignment and items. Everything I have purchased from there I still use today, including a pair of consigned Tucci show boots.

The owner goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are happy and has reached out to me when there has been confusion over consignment items. She is a passionate business owner that truly cares.

While some of their clothes maybe more expensive, I have several sweaters that have lasted years. I even wash them in the washing machine. A great place to consign and shop.

The BEST store for anything horse related if you want a truly personalized experience and the best quality products. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, know all of the top trends and they really go out of their way to help you find exactly what you need. 10/10 for service and quality!

Almost all Owners/Employees not only ride, but compete in the same sports that are represented at this store. In the back, there is consignment inviting to young/new equestrians testing the waters without breaking the bank.
