We shopped at several different stores for accent chairs before deciding on our La-Z- Boy chairs. The service and delivery were great and the quality of the chairs is outstanding. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

Matt was truly helpful. He listened to what I had come in to get and needed and then matched thst with his knowledge of the chairs available in the store. I constantly had the feeling that he was working to get the best deal for me. His knowledge of the store’s stock was excellent. And he was very personable. At no time did he try to push me to buy what he wanted to sell. I had a good time in your store. And I look forward to getting my chairs!

Just wanted to take a minute to say what a great job Patricia did helping me find the recliner that, I’ve actually been looking for for a couple years… I was looking at one particular style and etc. and she was very patient. I took some fabric swatches home for color, came back, then Changed chairs completely… took some other color samples home came back… and at the end of the day, I’m very happy with my purchase and I’m very happy with Patricia’s help.

La-Z-Boy has so many different recliners in every fabric you could want with all the bells and whistles for adjustments. Prices range from $400 up to $3500. They do have sales and most things are in stock in their Columbus warehouse for same week delivery. Clearance items can be taken off the floor same day which is beneficial if you need something now. We found a few lovely pieces we will be back for once our flooring is finished.

Reviewing our purchase experience. I have had good experiences w/ this Lazy Boy store in the past, yesterday was no different. We were able to look at several options. The Saleswoman Patricia was charming, helpful, informative, understood our criteria for what we wanted, and explained all our options.

I went into the store looking for a sofa and got the chance to work with Stephanie. She was a blast! Very personable and I love her personality! She made shopping for furniture fun. She was also very patient with me and walked me through all the possibilities and basically helped me figure out what was going on with the vision in my head. Thank you so much Stephanie!!

The salesperson in the Cuyahoga Falls store, Matt Mears, was great. He was not high pressure. He really knows about the products in the store. He took his time with me and shared multiple options. He is rare in the world of salespeople. I visited Macy’s and Levin too but Matt was the most helpful and the store had the best selection. I also like that Lazyboy is an American product. I got my chair in about 4 weeks, sooner than expected. Delivery people were prompt, informative, on time, and professional.

I always make sure to look at La-Z-Boy when shopping for furniture, for the quality. Destiny was a great help to narrow down my choice. My wife is happy, so that makes it good all around.

Jeff Davis gave me excellent customer service! The color options are impressive and I had a hard time choosing. Love that the furniture is so well made. Will shop there again, if I ever need anything.

From the minute I walked in the door and explained to Stephanie what I was looking for, she took me right to the recliners that would benefit me after my upcoming right shoulder surgery. I had already been to 5 other furniture stores that morning. She didn’t pressure me at all, yet explained every recliner in detail. I’m 100% happy with my purchase. Thank you Stephanie!

Went with my sister so she could get a new lazy boy chair and I found one and fell in love never had a lazy boy chair and it's a rocker with a recliner! Super cute.are lady Pat was a doll and so helpful never bug us about buying and answered all the questions!

Our salesman Jeff Davis was very professional, courteous and friendly. He was VERY knowledgeable, not pushy and answered all of our questions. It was a pleasure working with him on our purchase. We are looking forward to receiving our recliners, the “Trooper” Power recliner with electric headrest and lumbar support in brown leather this Friday. One of the most comfortable recliner I have ever sat in.
The store was clean, well lit and laid out well but not really easy to find. The signs seemed small compared to all the other signage in the area. We did however find it after turning around several times.

Our salesman, Matt, was excellent.... informative but not pushy. Helped me find the right fit in a recliner. Never had a Lazyboy. I'm impressed with the quality.

We really enjoyed dealing with Stephanie. She did an excellent job of showing us all of our options and types of leather to choose from. She has a wonderful personality! We are very excited to get our chair.

It wa time to replace my fifteen year old LazyBoy. Destiny Cross helped me through understanding my options. She was professional and took the time graciously as I made several upgrades to my order. Thanks Destiny.

We shopped around for a recliner and chose La-z-Boy for their reputation on quality and to take advantage of great Veterans Day sale prices. The sales person was extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend this store.

We love Lazy Boy- we purchased our loveseat for our family room a while back. And just recently bought a new couch. Everyone was very knowledgeable & friendly. Including our delivery guys !!

I never knew when you buy a recliner it needs to be sized to you.I had a wonderful experience at Lazy Boy with the help of Destiny she was a great help explaining and answering my questions and it was fun trying out several recliners.I can’t wait for it to come.Thanks for Being there for me and making the experience fun

Matt showed me personal attention, was very patient. Showed sevetal options that gave us high quality and a cheaper price. It was a tend of enough, but let us have an upspace to compare on our own. It was really a perfect experience. I traveled all the way up from youngstown and it was well worth the trip.
