Cheap tools that are a decent quality. Great for people who are just getting started. They ha e always been the place to get a tool that won't break the bank. Just watch out for recalls, like jack stands. They post all recalls and don't try to hide or cover them up. If I'm not mistaken but they carry a brand with a lifetime warranty now like the major tool brands(Snap on, Mac, Cornwell, and craftsman)

The ladies at this store are very helpful. Answered my question like a champ. Sadly this store didn't have what I really needed. However I did buy my trailer parts that I needed. Plus got 30% off on one and 20% off on the other. Love Harbor Freight Tools stores 👍🏼 👍🏼

This location is the only local Harbor Freight store I will go to now. It is staffed by friendly hardworking knowledgable people. The store has always looked great when I've shopped there. Clean floors, straight shelves, clean check out counter.

At this Particular Store, the customer service is always great, store is well-kept clean & stocked. Plenty of parking.

I went to the new harbor freight today got myself some heat shrinking butt splice to fix the pressure hose in my Ford and I got me a nice staple gun I'm going home and Staples some stuff

Harbor Freight has some of the absolute best deals on tools. Especially if you only need tools for home projects or hobby work, their tools will perform and last for a very long time. We needed a diamond hole bit to drill out a hole for a faucet in our counter tops. It was 60% less at Harbor Freight than anywhere else, which was great because we only needed it for one use anyway. Don't snooze on Harbor Freight!

Excellent service on returns at the last minute. These 2 women did an amazing job, very courteous and helpful. Would highly recommend this location over the others.

Been shopping with them since they were a mail order catalog company. It's great having a store thus close without having to drive all the way to portage lakes. It pays to join the "inside track club" with all the money saved over the years.
