My fiance and I came in looking for wedding bands. We were greeted so warmly by Shelley (I think that's her name!), and she brought out the options for my band first. She showed us several and we ended up finding one that matched my engagement ring (from another jeweler) perfectly! Then we worked with Rich to get my fiance sized, choose his ring and engrave it, and make a plan to solder my engagement and wedding bands together. He is so kind and generous, and he made it such a fun and pleasant experience for us. He never pushed us toward a purchase and helped us make the decision we would like the best. Plus the work was done with such quality and professionalism! I was under the impression that this would take weeks, but we went in on Thursday and got the call that our rings were done Saturday! We LOVE our rings. My fiance wants to wear his ring everywhere now even though the wedding isn't for a month. Thank you Rich and Shelley.

Okay where do I start~ 1998 I was referred by a friend that this is the most honest jewler in the area! After 24 years, I couldn’t agree more!! They have cleaned, repaired and appraised all my jewlery! Their jewelers are experts. They replace my watch batteries and adjust ring sizes. They are the nicest people, more like friends/family. They buy and sell jewlery, also vintage. Love this place!!!

Got the battery replaced in my watch for $15, and it took literally 5 mins. The staff were super friendly; wonderful small business!

These guys are just wow. They are courteous, skilled, attentive and very reasonable. They fixed my watch nicely and quickly.

This place is amazing. Personally, I am very scare to bring my jewelry to any jewelry repair shop because of my bad experience. The last shop that I took my diamond ring to have it cleaned, they happened to lost one of my little diamond when I bring it back to them. He just put glue and put the uneven fake diamond(I believe) back in.
Until I see this store, the owner be able fix it and makes it looks great again.
I also have them resize my other diamond ring as well, it fits great and better than that you get your ring back that day. Most of the store I went to will always tell me to come back about 3-7 days. I don’t really want to leave my jewelry there, but nothing I can do.
That’s the reason why I love this place, I will always go there now. All of them are very nice and very helpful.
I am also going to recommend my friends and family to use their service. 100% satisfied.

I have come here off and on for years, since about the late 90's. They have always been warm and welcoming from the time you walk in to the quality of service rendered. I give 5 stars for everything from battery changes in watches to fine jewelry repairs. Highly recommend for all services.

I had a ring sized up and a bracelet clasp redone. They are very friendly and professional. Their prices are so good and they work while you wait to make sure your happy with the product until it's finalized. Highly recommended.

Went in for a necklace repair and was immediately helped by Shelly (I hope I spelled your name correctly). She was able to promise a quick turnaround and the owner Rich followed through.

Extremely happy with the friendly staff as this was my first time here. Rich was able to explain the issue and offered tips on how to prevent damage to my necklace.

Will do business with them again if ever I need additional repairs on my other jewelry.

Quality work, extremely fair pricing, very trustworthy. I visited a few years back to have a guard chain added to my wife’s diamond and platinum bracelet. When I picked up the bracelet, the work was exceptional. I forgot to ask for a quote prior, so I was nervous about the final price. When Rich told me the amount, I thought he was kidding around…it was WAY lower than I had hoped! Since then, our entire family and friends visit for all of their jewelry needs. New rings, bracelets, earrings, custom settings or a simple sizing…they do it all. One of the last “neighborhood
family” style establishments. And Shelley is also awesome. Our family highly recommends Newark Jewelry!

I have been going to Newark Jewelers since quite sometime. Richard who is the owner is the kindest person I have ever met very polite understanding and helpful. Never over charges for fixing my jewellery. His staff is also very nice Shelly and Carol. Really enjoy going to their store very friendly atmosphere. Happy Holidays.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience. We came in to get my engagement ring resized and they were able to fit us in right then. Shelly had me try it on a few times during the process to make sure it was right and it turned out beautifully. She and George were so kind and offered us water, coffee, and even homemade banana nut bread! From one former Washington Husky to another, thanks for a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back in the future.

I came in to get my ring resized, and Humberto had it done in about forty minutes. He did a beautiful job and the store owners were kind enough to let me watch the process close up. The pricing was very reasonable as well, compared to other jewelers I consulted. It's actually a little far from my place but I'm willing to make the drive to support this business. :) I also appreciated that after I came for the initial consult yesterday, I was left alone to browse peacefully. I went there today the 2nd time to resize my ring. Richard and his staff provided the 5+5 level service again to make sure my ring ended up being perfect. Although I was there way before my appointment time, he took me and did everything to ensure the size fits my fingers perfectly. He also patiently answered my questions either related to the ring i am resizing or others that i had randomly. THEY GOT THE AWESOME JOB DONE WITHIN AN HOUR WHILE I WAS WAITING!

Before I stepped into the shop, i was not sure if i made the right purchase since the ring didn't look at expected on my fingers when it fit too loosely, but the final look and fit after resizing push it to next level and make it look stunning and elegant !!!!

Wonderful owner and staff! My experience with them was nothing short of perfect. They created the most beautiful ring for me. They also resized a ring perfectly within half an hour and made sure I left the store absolutely satisfied with their service. The staff is friendly and they make you feel like family. I will be visiting them anytime I need anything jewelry related!

My fiancé and I went here to have our wedding bands and my engagement ring sized. We were unsure of our sizes and the staff was extremely helpful. They assisted us in trying different sizes and even stopped in between sizing our rings so we could try them on to ensure the perfect fit. Our jewelry was sized perfectly and sparkling in less than an hour. The staff was warm, welcoming and extremely experienced in their craft. I will definitely return, I wouldn’t trust my jewelry with anyone else.

My mother in law and grandmother in law have been coming here for years and highly recommended them to size a few pieces for me and to get my engagement ring cleaned. I was taken aback when we returned to pick up our jewelry. I don’t even think our engagement rings were this sparkly when I bought them. Rich and Shelly are the best. I can see why they have been a family owned jewelry shop for 40 years. Aside from great customer service (did I mention you can bring your jewelry in and they’ll clean it for free?) we’ve had them size watches, necklaces, clean diamond rings, you name it. We are even going to have them make a custom piece for us. I find myself looking through all my jewelry that needs some fixing, but I had been holding off hoping to find the right jeweler. Quick, fair, & friendly! Went in to get my engagement ring re-sized and was out with perfect sizing in less than half an hour. The host was so friendly and fun to talk with. Will be back for the next thing we need.
