I will forever return for their guacamole, avocado salsa, and chips (La Finca). Freshly made and absolutely addicting we usually end up finishing in two days. The staffs are always super friendly and they have lots of meat options, too. With the taqueria next to it, this place slapssssssss

Good tasting food, love the carne asada quesadillas. Prices are fear, portions are good. Keep up the good work.

I love these tacos and we have even catered from them for large parties in the past! Their party trays are awesome!

Seriously, this is the cleanest most well maintained grocery I have ever seen. Not a one stop shop for everything but come here for all your produce and meats. Little taco restaurant there is top notch as well.

Love it here. Great affordable pricing on groceries. Surprisingly wide selection of produce and meats. Best of all the taqueria has amazing quality food and fast service. This is my to go place for Mexican food. You will not be disappointed

Im a burrito connoisseur and love trying burritos at every Mexican meat market and taqueria nationwide and in Mexico. The taqueria in the back really hit the spot, very authentic and the asada was seasoned right and so far with no chewy fat pieces. Too drill this in even deeper, I’m currently on a low calorie/ carb diet and did some research and thought before I decided to consume some carbs and I would say it was 100% worth it. Haha

Nice little market, fresh produce. It has a taqueria and everything tasted so good, little busy but worth the wait.

Best Mexican food in town. Hands down best burritos, Chile renello, tacos etc. Not the best place to sit and enjoy your meal but ideal for take outs. Do avoid the peak lunch hour, they get really busy over weekends.

We had a large (100+ person) end-of-the-school-year party with Arteagas catering. When I sent in my catering inquiry, the catering manager, Gerardo, responded to my request within an hour or so (I had tried several others before and they took their time getting back to me or didn't at all, so this was fantastic!). The price is reasonable, and it was a very smooth, easy process.

The staff for the party were friendly and efficient - the line moved quickly. And the food was *great*! Lots of comments, lots of people took cards, and I will be using them again!

This is there new location located a st in hayward. We stop there for food and picked up chicken quasadilia, they where loaded and they also put on the side lettuce, sour cream Pico de galo and guacamole

The restaurant is the go-to place for Mexican Food in Newark.

This is a review of the restaurant portion. Great food, reasonable prices, nice staff. ALWAYS busy, usually with a 5-minute line to order, but that just reminds you of how good the food is to so many people. The Al Pastor is their best meat, IMHO. My family swears by the Super Tacos.

Slightly limited indoor seating (maybe a dozen tables), but plenty more outside. Most people order to-go, so I've never seen someone not find a seat.

It seems like authentic Mexican food is being pushed out of our community by other types of food choices and it's becoming increasingly more difficult to find a variety of good food. Mexican food is one of my favorites and it's hard to find good, authentic Mexican food around here anymore. But Arteagas definitely has it! The food is delicious and there's lots of good choices. When I want good Mexican food I always come here. I also love little market that's attached to it where you can pick up really good items as well. I would highly recommend them.

We ordered the taco plate. (3 tacos, rice & beans. Last a small container of chips.
They we nice enough to let us have different meats.
I had 1 grilled chicken, cRaZy good.

Really like eating here. The menu is all good especially the weekend options. They also have good drink and meat options for your meals. We also enjoy the supermarket its a part of.
I just wish parking was better. The parking lot is very busy so be careful
