Wonderful shoe collection, wonderful staff

Shoe Carnival is an awesome place. The prices can't be beat. I can always find a good pair of shoes and sneakers that's just right for me. The deals that they give I am surprised they can keep shoes in stock. The staff at this location went up and beyond, my mo.m tried on sneakers and didnt want to take them off so the cashier was sweet enough to come around the counter and check the shoes. Awesome customer service. Thank you.

The store is usually very clean and well organized. The shoes can be a bit pricey, but there is usually some sale or discount to be had which balances it out.

There are so many different types of shoes, from baby and toddler, to kids, teenagers, women and men in all different styles! My boys found exactly what they were wanting for their new school looks. The employees were way more than helpful, thank them for their hard work that they do while helping you find exactly what you need!

A disabled friend ,in a wheel chair and I went shopping at your location on Howe Ave. in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. We faced numerous challenges during our shopping adventure from the time we left home until we again arrived back at home after shopping. Ultimately we made it into the store, my friend made her purchase and we headed home. All this would not have been possible except for the assistance of two caring employees working that day, Friday, August 6 on the afternoon shift. Tylor and Kylie(? spelling) willingly helped us get into the store and made sure we were able to complete our shopping and then safely load wheelchair into trunk and passenger int into our car They are an asset to your business and I feel they deserve to receive some recognition. I for one would recommend your store and definitely I plan a return visit. Thank you girls for seeing a need and responding. God bless you both.
