You get what you pay for and the service and tailored experience at Brooks Brothers is second to none. It's not often I can afford to shop here, but when I do it always makes me feel fancy.

John was extremely helpful in guiding me on my clothes purchases! He worked particularly hard at finding all of the patterns and shirts that I wanted in my size and when we couldn't find my size in one pattern, he ordered it and got it directly shipped to my home! I will definitely be coming back to shop in the future. The customer service was amazing.

Janda provided exceptional service. She knows the products and changes. I usually wear a size 10 shirt and have worn them for years. The cut and fit changed over the past couple of years. She suggested a smaller size and it worked well. She is knowledgeable, professional, patient and smart. Great assets. Keep up the great work Janda!

I always have bought my tee shirts and underwear here. I used to go to the store on Post street in SF but it has been closed. Since under new owners, this store seemed a bit thin on merchandise. Very Americana clothing for those in a higher income bracket. This store is easy to get to and easy parking. I shop here for the high quality of the clothes and accessories. If dressing to look sharp and show status this is a great store.

Great service even during busy times.i visiter Sunday after Black Friday. Apparel stores can be notorious about not finding help. The lady at the counter was great about remembering me and kept telling me every time she saw me that someone would be with me shortly. she eventually brought a person to where I was in the store to help me. That person (Martin) was very patient and helpful and i was very pleased with the clothes I picked out.

I was greeted by Connie. She measured me for a new suit. She was patient and knowledgeable because I wanted to buy a few things. I walked out happy. I would definitely recommend for everyone to go see Connie.
