I had some expensive luggage that had a malfunctioning zipper. I didn't want to get rid of it, and luckily I found this business that fixed it no time. I took it to shop, he ordered the part, and in a couple days I had my luggage working as good as new. I highly recommend this business for their professionalism and prompt and courteous service.

Fast friendly service! This is the old fashioned local shoe store. Customers are properly measured to ensure the shoe you're buying is the shoe that fits! Prices are on target too, you're not paying extra for the quality service. The staff also knows the clients as well addressing them by name. He also offers shoe repair! Given today's environment finding a cobbler is difficult.

My family loves Irving's Shoe Store! I get the majority of my kids' shoes there. Good, quality shoes at decent prices. And Stewart sizes my kids' shoes so that they have a little extra room to grow into. He also repairs shoes and has repaired several pairs of boots for me. I highly recommend this local business!

Great place, been coming here for years for their cobbler services. My shoes typically get resoled, etc. and shined and look like new! I've done several pairs more than once. Saves a ton of $$$, well worth it. Extremely pleasant person to work with.

In RI for a wedding and I was in a pinch for dress shoes. Went in, guy was super nice and helpful. Came out in less than 15mins with a new pair for a good price. Definitely recommend!

I considered sending my Allen Edmonds shoes back to their factory for recrafting, but decided to give the local cobbler a shot instead; I am not disappointed! These expensive and well made shoes are my daily wear and I'm on my feet all day, so I wanted them to look and feel great. But, after several years my soles were completely worn out and cracked, heels coming loose and really in bad shape. Irving's made my shoes look brand new again! Pricing on a full resole with heels was exactly what I had expected. Welting was replaced as part of the resole, and he polished the shoes up as well. Definitely recommend Irving's for your shoe repairs.

I dropped my favorite pair of boots off to have the zipper repaired. Not even 24 hours later I got a call to pick them up. He said, "I know these are your favorite boots, so I made sure I took care of them right away." That was so kind.

I recently brought in a piece of luggage to have a zipper repaired. Picked it up in less than a week. Very reasonable.
