Jocelyn is always so helpful and eager to do her job. Even when in those moods that we ALL know about, (being at work when we don't want to be) she still manages to separate herself from that and be very helpful as well as tentative! I enjoy seeing her when I walk in because I know I'm going to get nothing but friendliness! Thank you for being such a great person and displaying great customer service despite the mood you may be in! ❤

It’s always nice to come in to an establishment and be greeted with a “hello” and a smile. The store is well organized and maintained and Jocelyn always puts in that extra effort to make each customer, not just myself, feel welcomed. Really good neighborhood feel. Highly recommend.

So glad to have this smaller family run business in Portsmouth! The people that work there are incredibly friendly, and you can't beat the fresh $1 coffee with that great bean-to-cup machine they have. I'm a decaf drinker and it is impossible to find a fresh cup at any of it's competitors. Plus it is free if you gas up there! Needless to say I get all my gas there... Keep it up guys!

I love going to Neon when Missy is working! She's the best! She always has a smile on her face! Is very friendly and personable and goes above and beyond for her customers!

Went to neon and wanted a breakfast sandwich but instead of bacon wanted sausage. Missy was great and made my sandwich just how I wanted it. She's a very good worker and always friendly.

I come in often to grab snacks or pump some gas. It's always a good experience walking in especially if Robin is working she is so kind and personable ! I think she would give the shirt of her back if she needed to. 5 stars for customer service

Joselyn is a great store manager. She greats all her customers with a warm friendly smile, even at early morning hours. You are very lucky to have such a great employee.

We were staying in Newport and found the nearest Tesla supercharger at this place, but thankfully it was so clean and had so many supplies, and the manager, Jocelyn, was so nice! 😊 Will definitely be stopping by again in the future!

The customer service lady name Missy was a wonderful delightful cashier a great experience with great conversation with Missy the cashier the pizza was great I will return and return and return and hope that other customer service members have the same vibrant up beat willing to assist with a smile and possibly a joke to make you laugh

Very clean gas pumps, inside store, and bathrooms. Lots of food selection and coffee bar. Also has a cold bar and freezer section. Staff was very pleasant.
