Mifen 101

It's the first time I came here to try it. It surprised me. The taste is very authentic. The meat is very tender. The sauce is very tasty! There are a lot of cold dishes and snacks. I will try lamb with skin next time. It is worth going back!!!!!

If you haven't had Mifen, it is a rice noodle, more akin to a spaghetti made of rice in terms of size. Nicely springy and chewy. Perfect for the noodle soups here. And of course if they are not your thing there is always the option of flour noodles. Bu to highly reccomend you try the Mifen for the first time! The soups here are absolutely perfect. Beautiful bone broth full of flavour. The bowls have your choice of meats, and various vegetables, and pickled vegetables. A very standard Chinese noodle soup! There are a small number of tables to sit and enjoy. And the service has been friendly and helpful. This has been my new favourite place to eat recently!

Please try yogurt, it’s tastes so good! the owner said they made it by themselves everyday! Best Chinese Mifen noodles, I recommend mutton with skin mifen, trust me, it tastes amazing!!! I almost come here every week, their menu is various!

yogurt is great! not too sweet or too creamy but still flavorful. the rice noodle soups are really savory and satisfying. I like the red sour soup. their appetizers are good, too, with rich flavors.

Great noodle. Their noodles are all different, lots and lots meat. Fast service but if you are looking for a dining in option, you have to come at the right time to get a table.

I love the tangy melody from various pickled vegetables including chilli, cabbage and purple radish. This isn't something I can have elsewhere. Reminded me of Guiyang.

Be there twice, both experience are good. A little spicy and salty, but works out great with their yogurt drink

My favorite mifen in the Bay Area! Spicy booth is a must!!!

今天點了加辣的牛腩米粉（線），牛肉比招牌牛肉嫩一些，小菜點了麻辣牛筋跟海帶性價比很高（尤其牛筋很多）且非常入味，份量很大成人男生吃飽沒問題

終於來啦～
粉都有香辣跟清湯選擇！對於不吃辣的人也友好～
點了牛肉跟帶皮羊，肉有點柴，但調味很好！
粉裡面的肉塊很有誠意，給超多呀！！
還點了，滷大腸跟涼拌黃瓜，都好吃！！很解嘴饞～
還點了酸梅湯，搭配粉吃，很解辣解膩！
店內座位不多，人手比較忙碌～但很友善親切！

海帶芽超好吃，招牌牛的湯頭很不錯但肉有點澀，番茄肥牛稍有花椒味，但牛肉片軟嫩，下次再來嚐嚐其他口味，停車方便。

超好吃的贵阳带皮砂锅羊肉米粉，微辣的汤底里面的酸萝卜和酸菜平衡了酸辣味，服务员说没有砂锅了所以用的碗，超级好吃

能在东湾吃到地道的花溪粉简直是太感动了，今天和老公去吃，点了一碗招牌牛和一碗招牌羊，灵魂酸菜和泡萝卜，烫很浓很入味，牛肉很嫩，羊肉也是我喜欢的带骨羊肉！总体来说非常满意，会再回来和介绍给朋友。
