Rite Aid

I love this store. I love Rite Aid. I worked in retail and it’s a tough job. I have compassion for the employees. They are short staffed many times. People need to be kind and respectful. The store employees are just doing their job as best they can. I hope the company can survive with all the looting that occurs so often nowadays.

The pharmacists and techs at this location are AWESOME. I’ve been going here for 10+ years, more regularly over the past 2-3 years. They are patient, knowledgeable, kind and just generally lovely people. I’ve never had a bad experience here. They carefully double check my prescriptions, answer my questions, and always seems to be in a great mood. I’ve seen them carefully explain medications multiple times to a customer, resolve issues, and on one occasion patiently listen to conspiracy theories and gently redirect the customer. This crew deserves recognition!

Rite Aid at Decoto road & Alvarado Blvd.I’m Union City has the best manager I’ve every met in retail. Professional, courteous and kind. It’s time to stop at Rite Aid again and support him. They also have great everyday products that are less expensive than online retailers.

Rite aid pharmacy and store are great I been dealing with rite aid store from Southland Mall 2016 before they shut it down 2020? and was replaced by a grocery store Sea Food City thru 2022 and Rite Aid in Unioncity for these many years and they have great product and great pharmacy employees thru out the store
