I Love everything about Jerome’s, their furniture quality, and service deserves five stars. We recently purchased their Malone leather reclining arm chairs, and sofa. I am so impressed that the sofa reclines all three seated areas. I had the pleasure of working with Barbara on Friday and her customer service was excellent. She was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Jeromes furniture. All the pieces I have bought over the years are built to last long time and are good quality. This is the only furniture Store that I invest my hard earned money on, it is so worth it! Thank you Jerome’s! This is why they have stayed in business for 69 years.

My dad came in looking for a new mattress exactly like the one he was replacing that was 50 years old 😳. Mr. Lopez was awesome listening to my 91 y/o dad, let him complain about the new kind of mattresses, how they weren’t the same and gently guided him to a good fit. I know my dads gonna love his new fancy mattress with all the frills of massage and motion. Thanks for great friendly easy experience.

Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable and informative. My wife and I felt very comfortable throughout the process, without any pressure and at the end of the day we feel like we finally found the mattress that fits our body type and needs.

Barbara Sauceda was so amazing! She took her time and she was very patient with me. I have sciatic issues and she help me pick out the best mattress for my sciatica problems. She is one of the best sales reps I’ve ever come in contact with. PS I absolutely love her assistant that was helping her the day I bought it.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Answered all my questions and did not try to sell me something I did not want.

The salespersons are friendly and there is no pressure to buy anything. They show you the different types of beds that they have to offer and give you advice as to which one best fits your body. Again, no pressure on buying the more expensive units. Very pleased with them.

Great experience buying my new mattress & adjustable frame. Really got to take my time trying each & every mattress multiple times to make sure it was the perfect fit for me. Very informative mattress experts that educate you on the importance of good quality sleep and what features each mattress has. Cannot wait to sleep well on my new bed! As someone who suffers from chronic pain I long for a good nights sleep and I feel optimistic it is coming thanks to Jerome’s dream shop!

Walked in as a joke because we’ve been talking about buying yet another mattress online and we said “hey let’s try an actual store.” We’ll go figure we put our heads down on one of the most amazing mattresses we’ve ever come across. We literally forgot how a real mattress felt. We went in one day spent 20min went back that following weekend and got our dream bed thank you so much Deborah for your patience and amazing customer service it was worth every penny!!

Made order on line, someone called to inform me of delivery date and time. They were on time followed delivery instructions. Furniture 2as delivered but not set up because I was not prepared for space to assembled. I was informed to call JEROMES and schedule someone to set it up. Appreciative!
