As a rep, I am constantly printing and picking up documents, etc. Carmen and Andrew at this location ALWAYS go above and beyond to assist. They’re quick, effective and so friendly every single time. I’ve been to all of the Staples throughout San Diego and will drive out of my way to go to this location because of them. I asked for the District manager’s name solely to let them know this store knows exactly what they’re doing.

Needed a 36"X48" poster ASAP on a Sunday. And all I had to do was call and check with Avery who advised me perfectly and made sure I got the poster printed almost on the spot.

I placed an order of business cards and flyers to pick up at the Mission Valley store. Due to the resolution issues that was caused by the file I uploaded, I wasn’t able to get the result I hoped for. Andrew, was so kind and helpful about it and he immediately fixed the issues without any problems. Top rated customer service he provided, hands down!! Thank you Andrew!

Small suggestion to the customers; if you are going to order business card or flyers for your business, don’t create it on another platform. Do it on staples’ website for better resolution.

The cashier was welcoming, helpful and friendly. Always find this location convenient and easy.

I had the best experience with Carmen in the Printing & Marketing Department! During one of the most stressful times and day of my life she was heaven sent! She was professional, efficient and overall amazing!! I can’t thank her enough for all that she did for Me! Stapes are amazing with the items they sell! I was able to order online and pick up SAME DAY, print posters, business cards as well as labels! The adult backpacks are NICE as well!

There's one reason this Staples gets a full five star rating and his name is Ernie who is the manager/GM there I believe.

On multiple occasions I've come to this store and he has been nothing but super positive and super helpful.

I wish more stores had managers like him. There are no blockers to making the customer happy.

I was helped out this morning by a young man who took care of me fast with prints on a last minute notice, I wish I had gotten his name but 10/10. Thank you so much. Great service.

Adrien in the print department was fantastic! She helped me with stickers and with small booklets needed for our retail associates. They both turned out better that I could have hoped.

Went in to return my headset from another store. The manager kindly greeted me and showed me where the headsets were in hopes to exchange for another. Decided to just return the ones i purchased, and everything went assuringly well. Fast and friendly service.

Ernie was super helpful. Super cheerful and even helped us order the filing cabinet so that it would be delivered to our home.

Parking is easy. Store is clean. Cashier is friendly and efficient. Disappointed that the binders were 3 dollars more than the price that I saw posted but overall a good shopping trip.

Laptop problem. Great service! They asked the right questions and took time to find the problem, correct it, and test it out. They also explained everything that was done and provided a printout. The cost was very reasonable and I brought my laptop home with me.

The sale person was so helpful, and a wondeful customer service. This is my 2nd time calling in to reserved the Ipad air and IPad mini to held at the location, and the representative was so kindly to do me favor to reserved that IPad in the office, and had kept their promised to have it ready for me to been picked up. The representative also send my receipt to the email so I can have it in my file. Thank you so much for dedicating to your work performance for 100 percent customer service satisfaction.

Awesome Staples!! I came in today for holiday stationary and this Staples did not disappoint. I bought several holiday stationary and am happy. Yesterday, I went to Target, Office Depot, and Michaels looking for holiday stationary and NONE of those stores had any. Thank you Staples!! 😁
