Bright Star Dental

Being from Wa state I needed a Dentist so I Google and Bright Star Dental came up. I was able to get in the same! Dental assistant Andy was so good and skilled at giving me X-rays and cleaning my teeth I was thrilled! DMD Parsons check my mouth and teeth. He is very knowledgeable and has helped me with a sore tooth! Their kindness and skills are very appreciated!

I was in town for the holidays and got a shooting pain in my tooth, they got me first thing in the morning and taken care of right away! Rudy did a great job getting me prepped for my procedure and getting my scans done! Ivan did great and was super gentle with my X-rays! Dr. Parsons was so knowledgeable, professional and kind and did a wonderful job on my new crown! I also cannot express how much gratitude I have for Mari, who seems to be an expert at everything and did a great job of troubleshooting, problem-solving and teaching! What really made my visit amazing was how well everyone worked as a team, and how friendly everyone was to me and to each other. This seems like a wonderful place to work and is definitely a wonderful place to get any type of dental work completed! Highly recommend 10 out of 10!

I travelled all the way from San Antonio, Texas to see Dr. Parsons. I love the atmosphere in this office-very calming and relaxing. I first had my teeth cleaned. Ivan was amazing. It was the most comfortable and thorough cleaning I have ever had. Next, I saw Dr. Parsons because I had a molar that needed attention. He explained that I would need a crown and that it could be milled and seated within an hour. Wow! The procedure was painless and quick. Rudy (dental assistant) made sure I was comfortable. How could you not be in chairs that are heated and give a gentle massage. Dr. Gilbert even dropped in just to say "hi" and introduce himself. It could not have been a more pleasant experience. Dr. Parsons also helped me with a plan to fix some cosmetic issues with my teeth. I am coming back for more work in April. I highly recommend this office-you will not be disappointed!

Today was my first appointment here at bright star dental. Ivan and Dr. Parsons made me feel super comfortable with my appointment today, both explained everything to me in understandable terms, and let me know exactly what they were going to do to make sure I was comfortable. Usually Dentist visits make me nervous, bright star dental made me feel welcome from walk in. Thank you all so much.

I am relatively new to this area and I was looking for a dentist. My coworker recommended Bright Star and I made an appointment. When I met Dr. Parsons, I knew I would be happy with my choice. He took the time to explain everything and there were no surprises. His whole team was very friendly and kind, making sure I was comfortable and getting me a pillow for my neck. I will be having my family coming back here for their own exams shortly. Recommend Dr. Parsons to anyone in search of a caring and understanding dentist!

Everyone is very kind, helpful, and professional. The office is clean and welcoming and the staff members help put your mind at ease when explaining procedures to you. They offer choices when providing care and make sure you understand all of your options.

Dr. Parsons is phenomenal! He exemplifies impeccable and competent skill in his field. His expertise in root canals and crowns is incomparable with any other dentist I have ever visited. His calm demeanor makes you feel right at ease, which makes you feel a lot less nervous about the dental work you need. He is gentle and skillful with his patients and I am never worried when I know I’m in his care at the dentist.

I’ve had nothing by great experiences with Dr. Parsons. The fillings he’s done for me came out great and I did not have any issues after. He explained everything clearly and in detail to help me understand the full scope of things. He also has a great sense of humor and compassion which helped me feel more comfortable when I was nervous. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

Wow! Bright Star Dental has just welcomed a new dentist, Dr. Parsons. He is terrific. His dentistry skills are only to be matched by his warm, friendly, and personable demeanor. My wife and I know him personally and you just won't find a better dentist or person. We promise! He brings the newest and best practices in the field (prevention, filling cavities, crowns, cosmetics, dentures, veneers, etc.) to Bright Star Dental along with his fun personality. You will discover at your first visit what we already know and also that he is as good at working with children as he is with adults.😊
