I walked in looking for some assistance with my iPhone 11 Pro Max! I needed a case and screen protector. I know the phone is a bit outdated but I figured I would try here. As I approached the accessories, David walked up and asked how he could help? I let him know the situation and he politely said “I’m a bit new but let me ask if we carry anything for that model” as he turned to ask jasmine, she looked up and said “we really don’t have any options for that device, I’m sorry.” I felt a bit defeated but understood. Before leaving, David asked for my number, I’m assuming to track my visit. After giving it to him ,it looked like he was on his phone but he looked up at me showing me his screen with what options Best Buy had for this device. I felt so taken care of!! Even though they couldn’t service this need, David did not give up, he made sure I was helped and taken care of!!! Although he was a bit new to the position, his willingness to help was unmatched. Thanks so much everyone!!!

It was fast and speedy service from the moment I walked into the door. I felt very welcome. As well as the associate Blue was able to get me what I needed with no trouble at all and made it easy for me! Because I was stressing about my broken phone we got it fixed

I went into this store because I was thinking about an upgrade. After speaking with Shauna I did do the upgrade. She was very helpful on explaining the process and perks. She was very helpful and had a great attitude. If I ever need anything else from AT&T I will definitely go to her. Thank you

David provides excellent service! Very patient, explains the process thoroughly, all the white smiling and engaging in friendly conversations. Another customer was quite rude to the team who was busy but efficiently attending to everyone. I was in Friday 6/15/18 approximately 6PM. Should an impatient lady complain about this team, it is without merit! David & his manager are the reason why I return to this location. Thanks David!

David is the best! We were at there other store and not getting help so we called and were able to come get a new phone without all the hassle. When we're got to the Lohman store David took care of us and had us ot the door in less than 10 minutes. He was polite and courteous. Thank u David!

I came to this location to look at switching and the employees were very pleasant and knowledgeable. They were able to help me set up new service and get my new phones they didn’t have the phone I wanted in stock but ordered it for me and Had it shipped right to my front door. I received my phones in less then two days and I love it. I will always come back to only this location because Deandrae, Derrick, and Shauna are truly a great example of awesome customer service and for that I will never go anywhere else but to them.

Amazing customer service! Blue and Jazmine were able to help me with what I needed quickly and they were really friendly! I had no idea what plan to get but they were very helpful in explaining everything I was looking for. Definitely recommend this store!

Good service and helpful with what I needed to figure out.

I walked in having issues with my IPhone that I earlier had upgraded to. I had many questions, and when I first walked in I was greeted with a great smile and warming welcome. Shauna, (who is very bright and intelligent) took her time with me to make sure that I understood why I was having these issues and what I can do to further prevent any other issues. She definitely knows her job and can effectively communicate and complete her tasks while keeping the customers interest. She is AMAZING.

The lovely lady who serviced me, went above and beyond her responsibilities to get me off a terrible service and on to a AT&T service, extremely kind and professional, haven't had great service like this with any other provider. She represented the company in a amazing way and has created a life long customer in me!

Excellent service! Both Derrick and Mgr. Deandrae were so professional and gracious in helping me save photos and info from a failed cellphone and opening another one. They just didn’t give up - and finally saved the day for me. These guys are my heroes!

Awesome customer service. I was having a hard time with my accounts being together and manager was able to help me merge my accounts, set up the auto pay, and truly understand my bill.

I did a cell phone upgrade. I was assisted by Jazmine Ramirez. She was the sweetest, professional and knowledgeable person I have ever dealt with. Cell phone upgrade can be time consuming but she did all she could to speed up the process. Highly recommend this place. Ask for Jasmine.

Staff has been helpful on various visits.had to get a new SIM card for a phone and the got it set up quickly and for free. Staff spends good time with each customer to make sure you are truly taken care of. I prefer to shop online most of the time, but when it comes to phones I enjoy going into this store!

Had to transfer my information from a Iphone 6 plus to the new X.
David Moreno at the store offered to help with the transferring of information. It was lengthy and took some time after closing to complete.

David was unfazed by the delays and was extremely courteous. I offered to buy him dinner for his trouble but he refused my gratuity. He is a great asset as an employee, AT&T should be very proud of his professionalism and courtesy.

My loyality is restored because of people like David that understand the concept of hospitality and customer service.
