This hotel was a really pleasant surprise. It is located a block off the freeway with easy access on and off. Despite that the room was quiet at night. There is an indoor pool and spa, Breakfast is free and good. The hotel check-in was pleasant the employee suggested places to eat dinner. This hotel is good value

It's a really groovy hotel. Lots of parking, especially if you're a trucker! It only has a lift which is acceptable if you're in a wheelchair. There is no elevator. As I had a lot of bags, I was able to fit on the lift with a luggage cart no problem. It's quite a unique hotel very clean and Alex checked me in was very nice. I'll definitely leave this on my route as I travel the US all year long north south east west!

I was a little skeptical but pleasantly surprised. The hotel is very clean very comfy beds a great staff. It’s a very quaint and nostalgic atmosphere and I would stay here anytime I’m in Las Cruses! For the money I give it a 5 star!

The decor in the lobby/central area is amazing. Conveniently located near NMU if you have business there. Near the historic town of Mesilla. Conveniently close to shopping. Room was very clean, all hotel employees were very friendly. Restaurant food was good.

Passing through on my way to San Diego, was a very good stay. The room was clean, there was security on premise. I recommend this motel for a good night stay.

Great location for my visit. The room was super comfy. Great bed and I loved the different sized pillows they make the bed up with. The ambiance of the hotel is nice as well. It's the first place on this traveling vacation that I felt well rested after the nights sleep. I was here for 2 nights. The front desk personnel were always kind and helpful. Housekeeping was spot on too.

The food was excellent in the restaurant, fresh and delicious. The staff were all professional and friendly. It was clean and cute. Maybe not as updated as some other hotels, but the ambience and staff make it excel above other hotels. The restaurant really upped our stay.

We had an enjoyable stay. I don't care much for adjoining rooms, but it is what it is. Our little girl loved the indoor pool. The atmosphere, the ambiance, the decor, and the restaurant were absolutely our favorite things about this place.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. I was amazed by the entire ground floor. It was as if I was in a small town of Europe or in a resort town. The beautiful restaurant was occupied almost half of the floor in a adobe style surrounded by short white walls. The other half was a swimming pool and a lounge. Trees are planted in the building. You will see shops, street lamps, and sittings on the side of the street like corridor. The hotel was just mind blowing and made me want to stay there longer.

My partner and I stayed here for a night on a cross country trip with our dog and we could not have been happier! We picked this hotel because the room rate was very reasonable but we were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was! The lobby and common areas were very pretty and our room was great. Very clean with nice tile floors and a lot of space. We would definitely stay here if we’re ever in Las Cruces again :)

I was happy with our stay here. We felt safe and the property was well managed with good service. The food in the restaurant was VERY GOOD and well worth the reasonable prices; MUCH BETTER than the free "breakfast" you get in other hotels. The lobby was a bit too darkly lit for me but the tilework, décor and the feel of being at a hacienda was very nice. There were several lovely decorating touches that we enjoyed, like the fountain. Kids seemed to be enjoying the indoor pool. We did not get a balcony room so we didn't hear any of it. The room actually was very quiet at night and we slept well. The dated carpets, etc. need updating but they are working on that I believe. Overall, I would stay here again but I would NEVER stay at an IGH hotel again.

We had an issue at the Comfort Inn & Suites since there were no clean rooms available when we arrived around midnight. Very upset, my family and I left and found the first hotel which was the Ramada down the road. Very tired, after being in the road for 12 hours, I walked in to see if they had 2 rooms available. The front desk clerk ( I believe Cody is his name. Slim, tall, long blond hair) assisted me immediately and checked me in for the 2 rooms I requested. We got a good night's rest and got back on the road the next morning. But first, we had breakfast at the cute little Restaurant inside the hotel named Las Palmas. The food was delicious and the service by the waitress was great! This will definitely be or hotel from now on when driving back to and back from California since Las Cruces is our ½ way point. Love the look and feel of the hotel! We look forward to using the indoor pool next time!

This was an amazing find via Priceline. Beautiful old hotel with rich historic architecture and feel. The rooms were adequate for my needs. Not quite caught up with modern business traveler needs but the atmosphere made up for the lack of USB connectivity.

This is the place to stay! It's close to wherever you are wanting to go. The hotel is beautiful inside and out and is clean and well kept. The rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable. We slept like a baby! The bathroom is very clean and spacious. It's a busy place, so you're not board at all. The next time, we will just there because the food is fantastic! A shout out to Kat at the front desk. So very friendly and was always there. Big shout outs to Kevin and Timothy in the restaurant. They are the best and deserve a huge pat on the back!!! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Can't wait to go back!

This hotel is adorable. It's like a little Mexico theme park hotel, or like a favorite family owned restaurant, but with a hotel attached. All the staff i interacted with were great, went out of their way to be friendly or helpful. Is the building new -No. Although it's not the newest building, they have done things like added plugs in the rooms and updated important fixtures. I felt like they thought about the guests and what they would want in a room. We had a table with 2 comfy chairs, microwave, and small fridge, etc.
Things to note: There was no elevator, so ask for a first floor room if that matters. (only 2 floors total so not a big deal).
Our room overlooked the indoor pool in the lobby, which I loved, but if it had been full of screaming kids, that might have been a problem, or it could have been a fun atmosphere. I loved the lobby either way. So maybe make a request if you want first floor, facing the indoor lobby area or not, or they also have motel style doors facing outside on the first floor.
