Dutch Bros on Main in Las Cruces, hands down, has the absolute BEST customer service anywhere!! It doesn’t matter what time of day it is that I’m there, I’ve never experienced anyone who hasn’t brightened my day. They are truly amazing!

My friend was just there to buy a Carmelizer blended coffee for me. Idk who the worker was she interacted with, but she is AWESOME!!! My friend had mentioned to her that i recently lost my husband, that's why she was picking the drink up for me. The worker wrote on the lid of my cup,
"Your friends 🧡 you" So very sweet! Thanks to whoever you are, made my day

This is a great, little drink place. The coffees, teas, lemonade, and energy drinks are unique and made fresh. I'm there at least once a week, more often than I want to admit.

So since it Opened my family and I have gone here numerous times and NEVER had a bad Drink. They have something for everyone. Staff is great and friendly!!

Most of the time the coffee is perfect my son's favorite is the orange cranberry muffin top. And the workers are usually very nice and social

Second time going to Dutch Bros today. This time I bought a Nitro Cold Brew w/ 2 extra shots of espresso, irish cream, and almond milk. This actually turned out be a "tasty beverage". In my opinion, this drink actually puts the competing company's Nitro Cold Brew to shame.

Definitely a great change from a Starbucks or a complete replacement for your coffee needs. Like they have a flavor base and create a drink from it.

These people are the sweetest funniest people. They are amazing and honestly make the experience fantastic. If you want good drinks and vibe come here

Real friendly staff. Orders are taken outside by the employees. Service is fast. 5-Stars...

I love love love the employees at this particular location! They're all so chipper and happy 😊😁 Compared to the one off Bataan Memorial. Have gotten my drinks here and there, but we're not perfect and with so many other customers ahead and behind me I'd rather not bother them.

I love coffee and here is just from heaven, and the staff always smiling, this is what I call great customer service, this location just open, and the guy at the window I didn't got his name, drew a lime in my window with my permission of course, he rocks

Traveling through and stopped for our coffee. They unfortunately didn't have exactly what we wanted but made a suggestion on something that tasted pretty close to our usual. Workers were great and friendly. Even gave our puppy his first ever pup cup and ignored the fact that he was trying to act way bigger than what he really is 😂 would definitely return if traveling through again.

I’m not sure how to spell my baristas name but I love her and she is such a vibe! She has pink hair and is the most adorable chick I’ve ever met! She gives off nothing but sweet vibes.. She always helps me out and hypes me up.. By far the best coffee shop in town 🥰💕

I usually come here when I feel like getting a sweet, caffeinated beverage to start my weekend off on a high note. They always have cool secret menu items, lots of options. You can customize your own drink also. Friendly staff. Decent prices for the size of the drinks we get. They can veganize your drinks also.

Wouldn’t miss a chance to get a rebel. Drive through lines are long usually in the summer. Customer service is pretty quick and expect small talk at the window if your order is not ready. Use your Dutch bros app. They do offer military discount.
