4:00 pm | drive up line wrapped around the building to pick up prescriptions. Inside 7 people in line and only one person working counter. Two pharmacy employees in the immunization room visiting. Horrible service! Choose another location to save your time and sanity.

Overall, the store is OK but for god sake, don’t waste your time going to the pharmacy. I dropped off a prescription at 3 PM yesterday. Stood in line for 20 minutes at 4:30 trying to pick it up only to find out that it wasn’t ready and I could wait another 20 minutes to get it filled. After I declined, I came back today after getting a text that it was ready and waited in line again for another 20 minutes only to find out that again it’s not ready. But I can wait another 20 minutes and I can try and get it ready. Honestly? It’s a good thing I’m not dying or desperately needing this medication.

Incredibly slow and rude. I showed up two minutes before closing to get medication for my daughter and they turned me away and said they were closed. Yes normally I don’t wait until the last minute but this is when I was able to come. Regardless of the time if you say you’re open until 6:00pm then that’s when you close. Not even a minute before. I have always worked in customer service and as a bartender if someone comes in to eat or drink a minute before the restaurant closes I still take their order. You just don’t do that to people. Especially when it’s about important medications. This location is always so slow too. I wait in line for at least thirty minutes every time I go to pick up. If my insurance would allow it I would never go back here but small town and limited options.

Pharmacy is terrible. Horribly slow. Closing earlier than normal hours due to "pharmacist shortage" making them completely unreliable. CVS doesn't have this issue, open regular hours which tells me this is a Walgreens problem that's effecting my health. If you don't like surprises when trying to get your meds then I would avoid Walgreens entirely at this point if you have the option.

I have two prescriptions to be filled as I’m in discomfort and pain. I have the Walgreens app which is supposed to be a convenient and easy way to know when my medications are ready. I received notification that my Rx it was ready to be picked up so I went to the pharmacy. There was a sign on the window that indicated that there was no pharmacist on duty and no medication could be dispensed. While I understand things happen and sometimes there won’t be a pharmacist on duty, what I don’t understand is why I wasn’t given the courtesy of a phone call or even a notification through the app that I needed to call the Main Street pharmacy. Instead they leave a note on the window and now I’m literally waiting in the car in the rain for another hour, still in pain and discomfort. This is about basic human kindness. Someone needs to do better.

How can your prescription be "ready" when it takes 15+ minutes per car in the drive thru? Also the limited hours might also be why congestion is a problem at this location.

Called to check status of my husband’s script, was hung up on 4 separate times. Now I need to wait 20 minutes in their Northrise store before I can pickup his meds.
