Needed a new phone. Verizon is the choice. Why? Never crowded that's why. Alexander greeted myself in 2 seconds. Impressed. Knowledgeable yes. 55 minutes total. Clean store.

Extremely helpful and kind! I was having a lot of trouble with my previous carrier with transferring my number over, and I went in to the store and they got it all figured out.

Jenny is the best! I am retired tech and I was moving numbers from a carrier to Verizon. Camped all over NM & Verizon is the best. Took other carrier devices & family Verizon members always had service. We had to use their HOTSPOT!.
have issues moving numbers. JENNY stayed and talked and helped us with Verizon tech on the phone. Readers she did this for 4 1/2 hours! Store closed at 7pm she stated Till 8:30pm. She has many young children. She started a month ago.
I have hired thousands and she would move up rapidly in my company.

I deleted an old business email and lost all of my contacts. Edgar was able to correct my mistake in minutes and was extremely helpful. If you’re going to the Northrise store ask for Edgar!

Great customer service and overall experience.

Came her looking to get a few new phones and interacted with a rep named Edger. I get it at the end of the day their job is to make a sale but this dude was cool as hell, he spent like 3 hours making sure we got everything we needed and answered every question we had. At the end of the day if your looking to get 3 or 4 new phones its gonna run you $500 regardless but the customer service is what sells it and this is the dude you want to interact with.

Edgar is friendly and knows what he is doing. Very patient with every client no matter what their situation is.
The only thing is there is a sign that says "We are open" but they don"t open until 10:00am. Very confusing!

I really appreciate that I was allowed to speak my concern to the district manager Mr Garcia who happened to be in the store about my experience when I bought my phone. He took care of my concern and has won me over as a customer and took care of my issue. I definitely will be back and will refer a friend. And a good job to Stephanie for her professionalism

Young lady past weekend was amazing and patient. My phone that I bought somewhere else took a long time to set up. She called customer service and patiently assisted me. Gave me complimentary cell wipes and was amazing. Thank you ma'am.

This store has an employee, Stephanie, who incredible. She set my phone up without a hassle, transferred my data to the new phone, she had no cases or screen protectors, but after calling another store she sent me to where I could get a case and protector. I took it back to her and she put the protector on for me. Las Cruces , this is what customer service is. After the hassle from the store on Lohman, she is the reason I am not standing in T-mobile and keeping my Verizon. She is awesome.
