Love Aurora vet. It was so hard getting into our old vet after the pandemic.. and honestly hard getting into any new vet! We got in with Aurora vet, and were so happy that we did. The staff and docs are great! They have seemed to be able to retain their doctors and also seem to have availability which is hard to come by. Happy with their recommendations and treatment plans so far!

Aurora Veterinary Hospital is exceptional. They work hard to fit in urgent visits quickly, they communicate very well, and most importantly they genuinely care about our dog (and our older dog who passed last year). They go the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of. I cannot say enough good things about this veterinarian. I always recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Friendly, upbeat, and efficient in care. They listen to what you are concerned about and then match the treatment to that need, just as you would expect (but so few seem to do perfectly).

A vet tech friend of mine looked at the bills I have received and expressed surprise at the below-average prices they were charging. Pets can be expensive, but I found this place keeps it as low as they can manage.

Very compassionate people. Office staff and techs seem very happy, which is important! I've brought dogs and cats here for over 12 years and even though I moved a little further north I will still bring my guys to see Dr Bernstein. Other vets that I've seen have been good as well.

My dog’s appointments have always been on time at Aurora Vet Hospital and the staff has always been courteous and helpful. Dr Bernstein is informative yet conservative, which I like. I also like that unnecessary procedures, screenings and medications are not forced on us if the vet does not feel they are important or relevant. I am glad we found Aurora Vet Hospital and feel confident in their care of my dog!

Can’t say enough about Aurora. I am afraid to write such a glowing review because people will flood there and then they will be booked! We have been bringing our dogs here for years and the care we receive is exceptional. Dr. Bernstein is the best! No nonsense, will give you his honest truth even when it is heart wrenching. They will care for your pet with the utmost respect and love. Also, they do not price gouge you, and always talk about a treatment plan before doing anything.

This is a great team of doctors and vet techs. They have been taking terrific care of our cats for more than 20 years. There have been eight cats in that time and there have been many medical issues to deal with, which Aurora Veterinary Hospital staff have done professionally and compassionately. From the first vet visit to end of life, our cats have been well tended here.

Just moved back into town after 8 years and re-established care with Aurora Veterinary Hospital. Trustful & experienced doctors and supportive & kind clinic staff. Very happy to be back under their care.

We have been entrusting our beloved canines to Dr. Andrew B. and his staff for three dog generations now. We can't say enough good things about the care they have received at Aurora Vet. We would recommend them for their thoughtfulness and thoroughness to anyone looking for veterinary care!

My cats have been treated here for several years. I’ve never met such a compassionate, knowledgeable team - whether it’s a vet calling during his off-hours, a vet tech giving extra cuddles, staff giving tips for keeping my costs low, or the whole team supporting a client whose pet has just passed, these folks are the BEST. I love the COVID protocols they instituted, eg humans staying in your car and calling to announce your arrival, then tech coming out to escort the pet inside. Kept employees and human clients as healthy and reassured as possible. And I love how well they know my cats’ histories, and me - we all get good care.

We've been taking our pup and two cats here for the past few years. They've always treated our animals with the utmost care and attention. Like they're treating their own pets. Their prices are fair.

I wouldn't take my cat, Pimento, anywhere else. We've been going to Aurora Veterinary Hospital for the past four years. My cat can not the most well-mannered patient, but they treat him with kindness and care. They put me at ease, explaining Pimento's condition, listening to and addressing my questions and concerns, and helping me decide on the best course of treatment.

Dr. Berstein and his staff are friendly and efficient! This office has been our primary vet for our dog ever since we moved to Seattle a few years ago. They’re always happy to help in any way and we’re so glad to have found them!

Dr. Bernstein is the most amazing vet/DVM you will ever meet. He is honest, extremely knowledgeable, never judgmental, thoughtful in his responses, kind and so caring to our dogs. He went out of his way when we lost our Golden Retriever last year and listened to our concerns and helped us navigate our puppies GI issues. The staff are ALL great to work with, compassionate and truly love animals. I trust them implicitly and know they are looking out for the interest of our dogs and our family. We love taking our kitties here. They are happy and healthy. Both our babies get their yearly check ups and the senior kitty had 2 teeth extracted. She is way happier now!

Nice people, who have given my dog good care for most of her life. My only complaint is that she has seen, I think, four different vets there, as they seem to move on. My impression is that this is an issue for most vets in Seattle.
