Whiskey Business

Big thanks to Neil and Kaley for making the space available to us during the week to celebrate the retirement of one of our most senior members of the company. We have utilized Whiskey Business before and every time the atmosphere is great and the staff are friendly. Neil is very responsive with planning as well. Couldn't recommend a better place to hold an after work event.

Great spot! Was hidden to us, but so happy we stumbled upon Whiskey Business. Great drinks and even better service. Neil is a GREAT owner - opened a few minutes early for us and made our experience that much better. 10/10 recommend stopping by when you’re in Melbourne!

CJ is quite possibly one of the best bartenders I've ever come in contact with. If anything, it's absolutely worth it just to see him! But luckily the drinks are just as good.

Amazing atmosphere and comfortable seating. Staff is very accommodating and drinks are reasonable and amazing as well. If your a fan of whiskey this is definitely the place to come too.

Great bar. Friendly staff and adequate seating. Drinks are perfectly made and service is quick. Occasionally there's live music it's always a good vibe.

This is a very inviting little hideaway down a side street in Old Town Melbourne. The bartenders are very friendly and the drinks are good. They have a menu of specialty whiskey cocktails, which inspired us to try something different. I like that they had some sofas arranged around a table for group seating, but this time we just sat at the bar. I will return.

Great selection including my favorite Stagg Jr! Both owners and bar staff were very nice and knowledgeable.

I was visiting from out of town with friends and we came in to your establishment, at first the bartenders were a little rude and drinks were not that good but then Theresa came over to help! We wanted to say we loved Theresa! She went above and beyond to make our experience great , drinks were perfect. I’m glad we stayed!

One of the most important things for me going into a new place is feeling welcome. My wife and I were greeted with big smile, and treated great the entire night. Now on to the whiskey, great selection. We had a good time, in a nice bar. Lots of seating, bar, tables, couches, very relaxing place.

Amazing bar downtown with a great selection. The staff is the friendliest in town. It’s worth the visit even if your not a fan of bourbon. They’ll make something that will change your mind. Lexie is one of the more amazing ones you’ll meet when you come in. Ask her nicely to make you a New Fashioned. It’s now one of our favorites!!! This is definitely one of our favorite places.

What a great time last night at wiskey business. The live music was awesome and the vibe of the place was amazing. Bryan Mayer performed and put on a great show. 5 stars and can't wait to see Bryan back on the stage next time.

Great atmosphere! Good selection of whiskey. The bartender with the sleeve was fan-freaking-tastic! I'll definitely be back to see her! Drinks were amazing!

Was treated with some great service. Yhe set up and atmosphere is actually "cozy" in a way, as in a very chill place for a drink. I'm going again for some good drinks and great attitudes

As an Irish man, I like to think I know my whiskey, so right away this place grabbed my attention.

What's not to love about the place. The ambience and vibe from the get go were absolutely perfect, making for a very comfortable evening. One in which I was able to taste and try many of the whiskeys and bourbons on offer. Staff were extremely welcoming, had excellent knowledge of the drinks on offer and knew how to make all the classic cocktails and more.

Can not recommend this place enough and already cant wait to make a return visit!

Located in an out-of-site location in Downtown Melbourne, though not really hard to find, this should be a must-stop for any whiskey drinker, or any hard-liquor drinker, really.

Beautifully furnished - high tops, leather chairs, sizeable tables - the bar is what brought us in here. They have an unassuming menu of drinks, but will really serve you anything you ask - from shot to whatever is not on their menu. They have a few TVs look at and pass the time, and their wait staff is very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly as well.

I will definitely find the next opportunity, quickly, to get back.

Great place to enjoy a glass of bourbon that you have admired to taste. Prices are very good for sampling the more expensive bottles of bourbon. The bartenders are attentative and accommodating to the wishes of your palate. The atmosphere allows you to feel safe in an environment that somehow seams familiar. I highly recommend a visit at whiskey business. Good people getting great drinks at an affordable price, I'm happy that I stopped in.

AMAZING Bartenders, very friendly, fast service...if your going to the Melbourne civic theater, great place to come and have a drink before! Espresso Martini was AMAZING! HIGHLY recommended ❤

We came expecting a distillery, not a distillery but absolutely the best choice of bourbon/whiskey on the shelves that we have seen. The bar tender had great knowledge of whiskey and bourbons
