Came here and tried the gochujang infused olive oil. It wasn’t for me and I needed to sneeze afterward. Then I tried the espresso infused balsamic vinegar and that stuff was GOOOOOOOD. But I don’t have the money to buy a bottle of that stuff. That’s like $17 for 6oz/200ml. Man I’ll just mix espresso and balsamic vinegar at home. Y’all are trippin selling that high

I love this store!! Wide Selection of olive oil's and vinegars. They have other stuff as well. Good price you can get olive oil cheaper in the stores but it's not like this stuff. They are very knowledgeable and Friendly.

The raspberry vinegar is so delish. I use in a cranberry conserve recipe by Emeril Lagasse. Or, a tiny bit on any greens, dried cranberries, walnuts. S & P, garlic pd. and any other item you desire.

This is always my must go to when I visit Melbourne. I love all the oil and vinegar options. I still have my favorites though.

Great little shop specializing in olive oils and vinegars. You can sample all of the flavors. The owners were very friendly. They also offer shipping!

They have 2 locations, melbourne and historic cocoa, the aged dark balsalmic is delicious. They sell olive oil, dark and white vinegar and specialty olives. everything we've had so far is delicious, we've dipped bread, topped salads, grilled food and I've used the 18 yr dark vinegar in place of salt and as a finishing touch when deglazing a pan. Last time I sauteed onions and mushrooms in no salt butter, cooked filet mignon in a skillet to medium/ medium rare, deglazed the pan with dry vermouth and the 18 yr balsalmic, put the onions and mushooms in the pan when done and used that as a side/ top for the filet, very good food. Their items make really good gifts for foodies and people who love to cook. It seems expensive but the quality is really good.

I've been going to both stores for years. It's worth going out of your way for the fine quality and selection. The aged balsamic is delicious, but ith multiple flavors as well as plain. So many selections of oils in vats that you can taste in advance of purchasing it.

The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. I just wandered in without planning to buy anything, and was very impressed by the quality of the products, the reasonable price, and all of the interesting detailed information the staff provided. I have LOVED the balsamic vinegar I bought there and can't wait to go back and get different flavors. I use it in absolutely everything from yogurt to sauces to stir-fry to beverages.

What an amazing place and experience! I have never taken a tour of olive oils and balsamic vinegars, but I am now an enthusiast! Stop by to learn and taste some new things, get ideas for new ways to do old things, and spend time with very gentle and passionate folks who are happy to share what they know and love about their shop's delights. I felt no pressure to buy, but merely a generous invitation to taste and see how good and varied are their wares. And then of course, I bought. Such a delightful and leisurely adventure, I highly recommend them to you. And may I say, my own food prep and beverages have had a spectacular remodel since my encounter that Saturday morning. Try them, you'll like them!

Love this place and I go back often for more of what I love. The selection they have I haven’t seen anywhere. I highly recommend this place for amazing oils and vinegar options. My favorite is maple glaze vinegar.

A must for everyone from aspiring new cooks to master chefs! I've been to both stores, Melbourne and Cocoa, and each visit is a flavorful adventure! Today I took a friend who had never been. The lovely Susan treated him to the red carpet tasting tour and went home with 4 bottles.

Got to say if you are looking for any oil or balsamic vinegar this is the place to go.. definitely ask them about the mix and different vinegars to add to water! Staff is extremely knowledgeable about the products and check out the website they have some fabulous recipes.. recently found out they do give discounts if you recycle your bottles..

Love the oils and vinegars. This is my go to place! The vinegars are so good I could drink them straight from the bottle.
