Alex was incredible! He gave us the space we needed to browse but was readily available when we had questions and were ready to move forward with a purchase. The selection here is awesome and the prices are great. 10/10 recommend

We came in with the hopes of finding a new mattress and we had Steve as the rep that assisted us and he was just absolutely amazing. Not pushy at all or trying to get us to buy anything just really informative and we ended up walking out with the new mattress. If you’re in the market for a new mattress, definitely give this location a try!

I’m moving to the Viera area from NYC with no furniture to an empty house. My salesperson was Wendy. She made the process so easy without any pressure. After a small hitch with the financial institution and with the help of her general manager, everything was a success. Can’t wait to have my furniture.
Unfortunately, Kane’s do not sell warranty for furniture defects or mishaps for a given period only for leather items

I have to consider myself an expert on purchasing furniture, since I’ve moved over 20 times in the last 40 years and very often sold most of our furniture before moving so would have to buy new furniture for the new home each time. Especially when I was married to a woman who liked to make changes each time we moved and was an interior decorator many years ago. So when I moved recently to Melbourne Fl from Phoenix AZ I sold 90% of my furniture, then bought a house here and of course needed lots of new furniture.

So I went shopping down what’s called furniture row along W New Haven St in Melbourne, and without naming stores, I visited every furniture store from small to large. Then I narrowed it down to a few items at 3 of my top picks and went back to each today. At the end of the day I bought everything from Kane’s Furniture. They were hands down the largest in selections of many different choices and styles that almost made it impossible to chose because where the other stores only had maybe a couple things I liked, Kane’s had me liking so many it was almost hard to make a decision! Which is a good thing when you have many that you actually like to choose from. Then to top it off they were again hands down the very best in pricing for comparable items at the other stores. It’s not often that I can find exactly what I want when it comes to furnishings and to have several that I liked was a blessing and again the prices were amazingly priced lower than everywhere else I looked.

I highly recommend shopping at Kane’s and the salesman that helped me, Vincent,
was awesome. He was not pushy and not about making a quick sale. He was patient,
friendly and knowledgeable. What he didn’t know he asked and got answers. I’m very pleased with him and Kane’s and will do the rest of my shopping here when the time comes.

The salesperson was very kind and did her very best to make me happy. She went out of her way to make sure everything was working and answered all my questions. Over all had a very good experience there. Would definitely buy from there again.

Alex was so helpful! We came in for a living room set and a kitchen dining room table. He was very nice And did not pressure you at all! The store was very lovely with a lot of options that won’t break the bank! We are new to the area and did not know where to go so if you’re looking for a place, I would highly recommend checking them out for all your household furniture needs!

Absolutely love my couch and chair from Kane’s best purchase I made. Super cozy and oversized for maximum comfort! Also purchased a coffee table with four stools with storage love it as well because it keeps things organized. Great quality! The staff at Kane’s are top notch and very professional. Definitely recommend them hands down!

Vincent, my salesperson was excellent. I have made 3 trips in total to the store. I had a hard time deciding . Vincent was very patient and stayed over one night because of my long hours at work.
Everything was great until the manager came over and tried to sell me the fabric protection service. Vincent had already done the demo and presentation for the product , but I declined . The manager got very angry with me because he couldnt get me to change my mind. He wouldnt stop talking about the fact that I should purchase it. NO means no. His behavior was close to being a deal killer for the order I was about to purchase. Finally, he gave up and left and I was able to pay for my purchase. Thank goodness for Vincent, otherwise I would have walked away and not looked back

We had a great experience. Worked with new sales associate, Johnny. He was kind and professional. He was proactive in getting us info about products and had store manager meet with us to discuss best pricing available. They have a goid inventory of nice furniture pieces. I will return to purchase more items!

We recently moved from the frigid north to Melbourne and needed a new couch. We worked with Kim on several occasions, starting in October, but just couldn’t find a sectional with a back that came up far enough for my 6’5” husband; Kim was very patient with us. We went back today and Kim found us the perfect, quality sectional at a great price; we couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Kim or the product we chose. Kane's in Melbourne, Florida is our go-to place for furniture. We can always find what we want at a fair price with helpful salespeople. Our Sales Consultant this time was Wendy Banuelos. She was pleasant, knowledgable and efficient and helped us find the exact bedroom set we were looking for.

Anthony was really outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to ensure we evaluated all of the mattress options that met our needs. He provided exemplary customer service.

Kane's Furniture was a great experience. Anthony did just the right combination of salesperson and let us do our own thing. The prices are good and the group prices were great, we got couch, loveseat, coffee table and end tables. The items were in stock also. Now, if they could just fit our stuff on the truck for this Thursday delivery instead of a week from Thursday, I would be extremely happy 😁
