Food, staff, vibe and overall quality is just A+
I’m here every other weekend after moving nearby the area recently. This place has such a great atmosphere- unlike other Cafe Nero’s in Boston, I find this place to be most enjoyable and can actually get some peace while talking to a friend over coffee or just getting my journaling in. The staff is also helpful and accommodating of specific needs. Would recommend!

I have had a wonderful experience at the coffee. The atmosphere was amazing. Prices were very reasonable. The quality and taste of the coffee and banana bread were 9.5/10. I would highly recommend to go and relax there. They have plenty of space outside as well. Overall a solid 9.5/10.

Jasmine, one of the managers, is so sweet and kind! Always welcoming and makes our coffee so well. Love seeing her when we walk into Caffe Nero!

Awesome drinks, nice shop and great staffs

Nice and pleasant cafe that we frequent often. We’ve visited this Caffe Nero location often since its opening and will continue to do so. It gets busy on the weekends and seating can be hard to find but this location (as well as most other Caffe Nero locations) has a nice and cozy atmosphere. I ordered a vanilla latte and a regular coffee and they were up to par. The service is always good as the workers are nice. The pricing is on par with other coffee shops. I’d say this is a good place to grab a treat like a cookie or a cake as opposed to Paul, down the street, which is probably a better place for tart-like sweets. See you soon Caffe Nero!

Great pastries. Very clean place. Ate outside. Had turkey croissant. Was very good. Note. They do not have mustard or mayo. Guess you need to bring your own.

I got a pistachio latte and it was delicious! They serve the coffee drinks in glass mugs and it is a very cozy atmosphere

Vanilla latte was sweet and the mocha latte my wife ordered was excellent. I tried the macarons and the chocolate flavor was the one that melted in my mouth.The ambience at this location was one of the best from the past locations I have tried.

Best coffee hands down. Strong but not bitter. They even have a free coffee after 10 pinch card. Super easy to grab a coffee and relax on a beautiful day. Also an awesome location with tons to do all around.

I wish I had one of these in my area, the coffee was some of the best I've had anywhere, and I travel a good bit.

The vibe was solid, very relaxed, from decor to background music; I couldn't help but feel reminded about how nice Starbucks used to be when they opened up in a similar fashion. I hope Nero doesn't veer from its setup and craft

Really liked the espresso which was quite smooth and not burnt. The service was good and the baristras seemed to take care in making the espressos and lattes that we ordered. We also enjoyed the decor, classical music, and that the tables were not too close to each other.

The coziest interior--lots of seating, outlets, and tables. The coffee is good (not great--a little too tangy), but what I like best is that they don't charge extra for alternative milk. Baristas are very friendly and fast. Great wifi too--perfect for studying/working. Even better, there are so many shops around, so you'll have something to do once you're done.

Love this spot! Excellent coffee. Great for working remotely. Assembly Row is a great area with more of a community feel these days. During the day the fountains are on outside and then there’s fire at night!

Nero is just wonderful! The drinks are good and I actually think they've improved since reopening. I loove the patio, it's such a nice place to sit when the weather's nice. The atmosphere inside is also perfect for studying or working - very cozy!

The barista that helped us was very friendly and made a delicious decaf caramel latte with almond milk for me. The cafe was really nice, and the wall to ceiling windows were nice to sit by. I bet it'll be even nicer in the summer when there's outdoor seating too. I also got a Greek salad that was pretty good for a prepackaged salad. I liked that the chicken was seperated in a plastic tray so I didn't have to pick it out, and the lettuce didn't get soggy.

We had a great experience in that place.

Found this coffee shop while wandering around the area, and it was awesome. The place is so comfy, offer free WiFi, along with variety coffee and sandwiches. Would highly recommend to visit this coffee shop if you're in the area.

A very nice place to get a coffee and a quick bite with somewhat reasonable prices and a comfy space.

Each location is excellent including this one. It was very nicely done inside. Perfect place to grab a coffee and relax on the patio.
