I had the pleasure of speaking with Sebastian when I called to set up my sons insurance as he was buying his first car. He was very patient and knowledgeable. I had to call back the next day as we had given him incorrect info and he was very responsive. Absolutely amazing staff! I was having a rough day and I ended up having a little cry moment while at this office and all of the staff immediately tried to help me and cheer me up. They got me situated and even Deloris called me the next day to check on me. I’m very young so I’m still figuring out adulting and they all assisted me with kindness and I couldn’t be more appreciative.
