Today I was looking for answers about my iPhone 14 pro max and the staff was amazing especially Andy who helped me a lot with everything I needed to know... Thank you so much Andy 100% for him.👏👏

The customer service is great had a problem with my phone the young man sorry forgot his name helped me with no problem when the atat store on Aug gail rd in Melbourne was rude and said that nothing he could do call samsung. When I just purchased the phone from them thanks atat on palm bay rd for great customer service

Don’t trade your phone in! It’s a scam and I’m surprised this policy is even legal. ATT gives you a monthly credit for your trade-in, which reduces the monthly bill for your new phone. What they don’t tell you is that if you pay the phone off early, the credit for your trade-in is lost. I traded in an IPhone 12 Pro Max which was worth at least $800 at the time of trade in. If I pay my phone off now, I will have only received $120 for that phone.
