Had the unfortunate experience of a warranty claim on my recently purchased vehicle. After much wrangling with the warranty company, Doug stepped in and made a bad situation better. I think from my experience, you can know that Doug cares about his cars, his car owners, and his company's reputation.

Love this place! Other places were charging quite a bit more for the same or comparable model. Our mechanic confirmed the car was in excellent condition and we took it on a long trip shortly after purchase with zero issues. Doug is honest, fair in his pricing, and is not pushy. Just purchased a 2016 Chevy Cruise from Brookside Auto Sales. My wife and I just had a baby and needed another vehicle to put a car seat in. Our experience with them is great. The people who run this place are quality and they are very up front with you about their vehicles. The warranty they offer on much of their lot speaks to the confidence that they have in their product.

They also seek to bring in very good automobiles, so that when you go there, you know each car/truck/SUV on the lot is worth looking into. We live in a dealership culture where it's hard to trust salespeople because many of them are dishonest. These folks not only have nice cars on the lot at a fair price they treat you right. Friendly, answered our questions about the van in a straight forward honest way. They even took care of getting the van to the factory dealer to take care of a couple of small recall items the former owner never took care of. Recently we were shopping for another car and Brookside is the first place we checked. They didn't have what we were looking for this time around but I would not hesitate to make them my first stop next time. Good People, Nice Cars, Great Service.

We absolutely love our mustang when we had a issue with the seat motor we called them up and they immediately took care of it you won't find that at a big dealership. People doing what they say goes along way these days. We bought the mustang for a toy, when we went to look we was on the fence a bit hadn't completely decided and we told Doug that imagine our surprise when he says you won't get any pressure here.
