I visited this location on Sunday to purchase a Meta Quest for my son. I want to compliment one of your sales folks, Reese! He was very helpful & answered all of my questions. He did try to convince me in a good way to purchase an upgraded model, but I will make my son make that decision after Christmas. Anthony up front was helpful & cordial as well. Kudos to both these guys. On the flip side I found a few sales guys in other departments pressure me to spend more $$ than I was willing to pay.That was a turn off & I can understand people purchasing online

Really fantastic customer service, had place a pick-up order, ended up being wrong due to sizing (our own error not theirs), able to return that same day, get correct item. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Easy to pickup as well as make a return.

I went in to find a nice TV. I didn't realize there were so many new technologies with TV 's. After talking with the sales associate, I choose a little more TV than I intended. But it does have a very high quality picture. OLED is awesome!

I recently used Best Buy's pickup service, and I must say it was a breeze. The convenience and efficiency of their pickup process really impressed me.

It's nice to be able to shop somewhere that you can see and touch a electronic product. As a avid online shopper I'm glad that Best Buy is around to do so. This store tries hard to earn your business and they are doing well as far as I can tell. The price matching is a plus and buying a floor model at a discount can be a real bargain. I always ask to see what they have in floor models. The store is big and well organized. You can find something for everyone. They carry high end and low end items to fit your budget. Well kept, clean and staff in every department. Sometimes you have to wait for help if you need it just because the place is at times busy but when you get help most of the time the staff is able to guide you in the right direction. Although I have had a staffer who I had to ditch and find someone else to help me because of the lack of helpful answers but overall I've had good luck with this store and products.

I was recently at Best Buy for phone service. I had an excellent experience with Kamy. She helped us all the way through completion. She is knowledgeable and friendly.

This rating is for my experience at Best Buy, Melbourne.I had a BT CD receiver bought and installed . It stopped working a year and a half later. Was in the area and stopped by the store and explained the issue. They took me to the install shop. I spoke with Colton who did the original install. He checked the fuse and did a reset which didn't work. I was given a good deal on a new receiver and install and he offered to do it right away.
When he pulled my receiver from the dash, he discovered a loose wire.
Jordan came to the window at install and the waiting room and told me to listen to my radio. He told me it was just a loose wire and they could do the install if I still wanted it. I chose to keep what I had for now. A new receiver was not in my budget right now.
I give a lot of credit to Colton and Jordan. They didn't have to tell me it was just a loose wire. I would have never known. They were courteous, friendly, honest and professional. For me, that gets 5 stars 🤩 THANKS GUYS!

I came in for a tv and was met with a friendly greeting. I was given immediate assistance without even asking. The associate helped me load tge 75 inch tv and carried it to my car. This location has great service and is well stocked with all your electronic needs.

Very good knowledge of electronics along with a large product selection. Working with Zac who helped us with selections and customizations for our new home. Still at the front end of the process but very satisfied with the first few interactions, options presented, demos, and reaponsiveness.

Alex and Avery were very patient with me and explained things in easy to understand terms. When I go back again I will surely look for them to assist me. I am a senior trying to understand all the technology.

I visited Best Buy on the 4th of July to check out their sale and was met by Thor who was very knowledgeable about the televisions I was shopping for. He gave me a couple different choices and was able to answer the questions I had for him with no hesitation. Hats off to you Thor, you are definitely the man when it comes to ANYTHING to do with tech. Anyways the delivery and install was also seamless with Bill and Ryan!! They were very personable and knowledgeable as well. I strongly advise buying the install plan that’s $200 bucks because it covers any install for a year I think, AND gave me a 2 year warranty on the 85 inch Samsung I bought :) I don’t know if that’s a special or what just get with Thor he will fill you in. Thanks Thor, Ryan and Bill for making my purchase and install perfect! It really couldn’t have been any easier from start to finish…..

Stopped in to purchase a Samsung sound bar. Spoke with Mark who took time out of his evening to demo multiple sound bars and helped me choose the right one! I decided on Marks recommendation on the Polk sound bar, mark is very genuine when helping you find the right product and has a wealth of product knowledge. So helpful and provided a great experience.
