The New Leaf

We needed a couple extra floral arrangements for our wedding in November and ended up going with The New Leaf based on a suggestion from the coordinator at our venue. We gave pretty basic instructions for these floral arrangements and they just could not have turned out more beautiful. You can really tell how much care and talent was put into each arrangement. We were so thrilled with how these turned out and can’t recommend them enough for any and all floral needs. Their customer service was also fantastic and the prices were extremely reasonable!

Thanks New Leaf! My niece said that the flowers were the “most beautiful “ she had ever seen. It made me happy to know there is a business that provides just what is requested rather than cut corners because the customer is across the country and would not necessarily know!

Just bought some flowers for my apartment.i have little experience with flowers and they did a great job of recommending different ones and how to care for them. What an amazing local business, highly recommended!

New Leaf created a gorgeous Ikebana arrangement for my MILs birthday. She completely loved it. Jamie clearly took a lot of time and energy to make it beautiful and stand out. And she carried it for me car and gave me basic instructions on the transport of it (it was very tall!). They were also extremely responsive through email. I could not have been happier, thank you all!

The owner was exceptionally accommodating. Opened early for me because of a special event and then when her supplier didn’t come through as promised she still charged me less than quoted. The roses were beautiful and made many a person’s day. Highly recommended!

Could not find a florist with a flower after Mother's Day weekend and needed a spray for a funeral that Monday. Called The New Leaf on a recommendation from another florist and they came through with an absolutely beautiful arrangement delivered on time to the funeral home on Monday morning. I cannot say enough good things.

I cannot say enough about the customer service from The New Leaf. In a bind, with late notice of a funeral service, I called at nearly 3pm to request a sympathy arrangement for a 7pm viewing. At least 10 other florists in the area (several that were in closer proximity to the funeral home) could not accommodate the request. The New Leaf stepped up and graciously took my order, walked me through a concept for the arrangement; they worked their magic and delivered a beautiful arrangement of lilies and roses by 4pm. I am incredibly thankful for their compassion and willingness to go above and beyond. Friendly, professional, and accommodating!

I needed to send flowers to H D Oliver funeral home and selected New Leaf based on reviews only. I was out of town and had to depend on them doing their job correctly. I was very pleased from the initial phone contact to the final results. I could not have been more pleased with their work. Order with confidence!

This place is absolutely wonderful. I used their services to get some Mother’s day flowers delivered to my mother in law. The bouquet was gorgeous and creative. They included peonies, which she absolutely adores. The delivery was smooth too. I will definitely use their services again.

I placed an order on September 26th for a September 27th delivery. The woman on the phone knew exactly how to help pick out an arrangement based on the occasion. I guess standard procedure is to call ahead to make sure the person will be there, but I wanted the delivery to be a surprise, so even though I consented to calling ahead anyway, the woman helping me offered to take the flowers home with her that evening and keep them, and then deliver them herself the following morning on her way to work. The arrangement was right on time and beautiful, and I'm impressed with how accommodating the florist was. Excellent experience!

Everyone at the new leaf was so friendly and very welcoming. I couldn't have asked for better services. I had stop in before work, looking for something for my mother’s birthday. I asked if they could deliver to her work and what time they would arrive. The owner told me most likely 11:30 - 12. And They showed up at the office at 10am I was very happy. The piece was so beautiful, and with a loving card .My mother was in tears. she still talking about her protea flower. I will definitley be going back to the new leaf.

Could not be any happier with my experience with this florist! I called a few minutes after they had closed on a Friday afternoon and they enthusiastically took my order and said that they would deliver an arrangement that very day as they were not open on Saturday. The woman I spoke with was patient and friendly, never making me feel rushed or like it was an inconvenience. I will definitely give my business to The New Leaf in the future! Thanks!

Nice, friendly, easy to work with and good suggestions. We had to shift our wedding ceremony location due to inclement weather (we gave them a few days heads up) and they we're able to change our flower arrangement with not extra charge.
