Me and my son went to get some headphones and they had huge supply pretty fair prices. They had several on sale. There were so many to choose from. Just made our choice that much easier. We didn’t feel like we were leaving anything on the table.

The young lady who assisted us yesterday with the purchase of a Ring Security Camera with the rechargeable battery was great! She was very helpful and knowledgeable which enabled us to make our decision with our purchase. Outstanding Customer Service! Thank you!

I received the best assistance from a gentleman named Conor at the Geek Squad. I am a a seasoned woman who doesn’t know much about computers. When I told him my problem he quickly identified the issue, went to retrieve the part and inserted it in less than 10 minutes which cost less than $40.00! This young man was very sincere and explained the issue I was having and even made sure everything worked before I left. I appreciated all of the knowledge he had and how he took the time to tell me what I needed and offered information about the best laptop to purchase if I was looking in the future. We need more honest salesmen like Conor! 👍🏾

Recently, I purchased a drone and I wasn't having much success with getting it to operate. I am not that tech savvy person, so I sought out some help. I have to say, when I walked in, Steven greeted me at the door and asked my problem. Without hesitation, Steven helped me with the drone and explained some aspects of it that weren't outlined in the manual. Steven was delightful, helpful and very courteous. I am so very happy and glad that I stopped in today. Again, thanks again for all the help!

Came to this Best Buy to replace my screen protector for my cell phone. Very accommodating employees and are knowledgeable on products I had questions about for a future purchase. I ended up buying it in store while I was there.

We ordered a TV as a Christmas present and were having it delivered. Our plans changed at the last minute, so we had to go in and ask if we could cancel the order and just get the same TV from the store at the same price. Jake, (manager), was extremely helpful and courteous. He canceled our order and got us the exact same TV at the same sale price. Even though it was very busy, as it was Black Friday, Jake made the time for us, and 4 other associates stopped to ask us if we needed help while we were waiting for an answer. Hands down, the best customer service we have ever had, anywhere!!

The pickup was smooth and fast! They were very friendly upon my arrival I am truly appreciative of this location. Love that we managed to keep Best Buy in Business!

Great product selection and customer service. We have purchased TVs, washer and dryer combo, ice maker, video game system and sound bars. The best part is the Total Tech program for $200 per year, it provides free delivery and set up warranties all purchases we've made since starting it. It also allows 90 day price match guarantee on all purchases (we used it when the dropped one of our TV prices)

I really enjoy buying from Best buy they almost always have what I want and if one store doesn't have it they are connected so you can check another store. even if you purchase at one store and they find out that they don't have it they will send you a text and give you the opportunity to find it at another store. Especially if it's something you needed that day. Great experience.

Went in a couple days ago to buy a monitor for my PC and I just want the employee Jeff to be recognized for having the most outstanding customer service. He’s on point there and so are his colleagues. He did an absolute great job nothing short of excellent and I appreciate it 100%.

Donna was absolutely AMAZING! She was bubbly and funny and helped my friend out tremendously with everything he needed. Her comedic personality really makes your visit there so much more worthwhile!

Very helpful sales staff helped me figure out what I needed for my home network. Cashier even helped me find cheaper Ethernet cords in a different section of the store!

Scheduled a stereo, speaker and camera install on a 2014 Ford F150. Marcus Knupp advised on parts and completed the install in 1 day. He was great to work with as he is ver knowledgeable and responsive!

It seems like a smaller store than other Best Buys but the service is always friendly. The parking lot is a little wonky.
