Just want to put a shout out to Eddie the bartender. He took great care of us after a long day working and packing up from the quilt show this weekend. He made great drinks and food service. He was a one man band on Sunday night and really appreciated his great service! Looking forward to next year. Thanks

Outstanding, newly-renovated facility. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Location cannot be beat - ample parking, close to shopping and convention facilities. Basic but functional fitness facility. Breakfast was terrific (Q at the omelette station works incredibly hard and made great eggs!). Check-in was a breeze - Tierra at the front desk oriented us to the facility and was warm, welcoming and friendly. Dana at the front desk was also very kind and informative about our stay and the hotel. All in all, we will definitely stay here again. A great Hilton product with a hard-working team!

The renovations are marvelous. Dana is a top notch manager and did everything to make my stay great. The staff has been wonderful as well. Evening Reception is great and the drink mix has wonderful as well. Eddie the bartendar during that time goes above and beyond to make sure you know what drinks are available and the special mix is on point. This is place has a lot of great things along with accommodations for large groups which they handled with ease this weekend. Overall great experience.

I recently attended an event and I couldn't be more impressed with the exceptional customer service. From the moment I arrived, a gentleman named Jacob (I believe his last name was Marks) ensured that everything was set up perfectly, paying close attention to every detail. His professionalism and dedication were truly evident as he effortlessly navigated through the event, ensuring that all guests were well taken care of.

Not only did he excel in his responsibilities of setting up the event, but he also went above and beyond in ensuring that the venue remained clean and organized throughout the entire duration. His attention to cleanliness and tidiness truly contributed to the overall positive experience.

Overall, his and his peers commitment to providing top-notch service truly stood out, and I would highly recommend this venue to anyone in need of one.

Hotel was beautiful and accommodating. Breakfast was great, fresh omelets, cereals, muffins and the best was the 530 to 730 happy hour. Eddie was a great bartender and always with a smile. There was also a girl and I didn't get her name the 1st night we were there and she had long beautiful nails and dark hair that's erred the cocktail hour. Hopefully that narrows it down. Rooms were fine but hot.and we could not control temperature. Tried to turn it down but no change so ended up turning it off. We wanted to open the windows but couldn't lol. Overall great stay and location and there are so many restaurants and things to do you will never be bored.

It’s my first night here and I’m absolutely loving it already! With the amazing room, to the lovely staff to the FREE 2 drinks… I mean, what is there not to like? The bartender Shay who was serving the free drinks was so nice and generous. Made a bomb a$$ rum punch. 10/10 recommend.

I love this hotel!! We visit frequently to see my sister who goes to Hampton, and the service is always amazing. We had Shay as our bartender most recently and she was amazing! The only complaint is about the omelette maker… he doesn’t listen to requests and puts handfuls of cheese when you ask for none!! Anyways… every one and everything else was awesome.

I’ve organized several events using this location as a venue. Planning staff were professional and great to work with. Rooms have every amenity you would expect. Featuring open atrium with lots of seating for free breakfast included.

Embassy Suites was a great experience for the whole family. The rooms were clean and spacious. The amenities were plentiful. The happy hour was a very enjoyable, especially Eddie serving amazing cocktails. He was very personable and professional. Overall a great experience!

Always have a great experience at this hotel. Rooms are nice and updated, and love the bar/lobby area. Bartender, Jessica, was great! Knows all kinds of drinks and was really attentive, even when busy. Thanks for another great experience! :)

I rented a small conference type room at Embassy to host a small party/luncheon. Ryan Tyler was my first contact and he was able to accommodate me on fairly short notice. Yasmeen Jones helped me finalize the plans (menu, seating arrangements, A/V, etc). I had access to the room 2 hours prior to the event for decorating which was extremely helpful.

The food was much better than I expected and the wait staff were great. All the guests had a great time.

I have to say though, Eddie the bartender absolutely took the event over the top!! Funny, super polite, not to mention patient with some of the guests. Haha. If you book an event here and need bartender services REQUEST EDDIE!! Thanks!

Ms. Shay and the kitchen staff at embassy suite main lobby bar are absolutely amazing! I was having a rough day, and Ms. Shay went above and beyond to make me feel special. Despite being busy with 20 other customers, she didn't miss a beat. Her attention to detail and genuine care made my experience unforgettable. I will definitely be coming back for Ms. Shay and the kitchen staff. Thank you for making my day!"

What can I say about this amazing hotel experience. First I have to thank Daniel for his professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness as I checking into the hotel. Daniel is a wonderful asset and exhibits the reputation of why the Hilton brand is top tier. Thank you Daniel. The room was beautiful and spacious. Bed was comfortable and the decor was beautiful. The young lady (I wish I got her name) working at the the lounge (bar area) was so nice and she makes wonderful and delicious drinks. Her positive attitude made my day even the more pleasant. Overall, my experience here has been noting but marvelous and I definitely will be back.

Excellent hotel, great customer service. The location perfect. The drinks at the bar were well made and the bartender Shay was amazing. She was friendly, accommodating and played great music. We will definitely choose Embassy Suites at Hilton again.

Had an absolute blast at Embassy Suites by Hilton Hampton Convention Center! The DJ kept the party going strong, and big shoutout to Kayla and the banquet staff for making everything run like clockwork. Top-notch service and vibes all around. Highly recommend for any event! 🎉

The hotel was amazing on all ends!

ESPECIALLY accommodating was Eddie the bartender on Thursday evening.
We can into town on Wednesday and had several postponed meetings. Afterward we needed to unwind and Eddie was the BEST!!

Our banquet at Embassy Suites was a blast, and Jacob was a huge part of making it awesome! He and the staff were on point making sure everything flowed smoothly. Huge thanks to him and the team for an epic time!

Having a wonderful time with my family during my stay at this hotel! Everything has exceeded my expectations, but the standout and the real highlight has been the exceptional customer service and the great drinks by the bartender Eddie. Already looking forward to my next visit!

All of the staff were extremely pleasant. The breakfast bar was wonderful.
Daniel Smith really stood out as I believe he went above and beyond his duties to make us feel comfortable especially with four children.

We would definitely stay there again. And if I could give this ten stars I most certainly would....

I stopped by for a quick cocktail before going home and Deja really made it an awesome experience. Her personality was warm and inviting and she makes a fantastic lemon drop. I would recommend her and seek her out every time I visit the Embassy Suite. Management needs to give her a raise as she has made me and my party return customers. Deja you are the real MVP
