Customers and employees were more kind when I worked at 7-11 in 2006

Old man Jerome always smiled, Muluwork (afro-amr) Always sick (not Turkish. Only sick :), Director Anteneh checked us every morning, Mary T cooked the cake well, Matt fed the cat (tiger) and I was the Turkish man I'd work all night, and I wouldn't be rude to anyone except drunks :P

Everything was better 13 years ago. . .

Best 7 - 11 in the Ghent area. Overnight employee probably the best worker in the city. Definitely deserves a pay raise. Appreciate the fact that this store is ALWAYS open, especially late night unlike the majority of other 7 - 11’s in the area. Also always has the products I need (which once again, can say unlike the other 7 - 11’s in the (Ghent) area).

Residential area 7-Eleven, been great during pandemic. I get breakfast there everyday, before 6 am. Countertops, soda, all food areas clean. Shelves usually well stocked. Cashier guy is fast, helpful.

I worked late at a restaurant nearby and one of the ladies was so nice to let me in just to buy a drink she was really sweet about it appreciate it definitely a good place to stop

The staff here has never been rude to me. To be honest, all of the reviewers here complaining are probably being rude to the staff and theyre mad bc they wont let it slide lol. Pleasant experience, I've lived around this store for a couple of years and it's pretty alright.

Store was clean, and staff members were nice.

Staff are not very friendly. But it is a 7-Eleven and it is convenient.

I asked for a Burgers the lady behind the counter told me she didn't have time to make me one.

I am over it with this 711. The older Asian lady "Ms. Kim" is one of the rudest customer facing employee's I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She barks disrespectful comments CONSTANTLY. If she is the owner she should be forced to sell. Ridiculous that 711 allows this type of person to work at and/or run a retail store. If I could give 0 stars I would. Having your change thrown at you, told they are sold out of items because they don't want to cook them, having smart comments for NO REASON other than they are in a bad mood is unacceptable. The list could go on and on. Ms. Kim I hope you read this because I am one more bad experience from taking this to social media

Worse 7-11 Ever. I asked for a price on a bag of chips. Young Ebony girl said it's on the bag. I said I don't see it. She then said I'm getting on her nerves!!! And told me to get out. They never say hello back. Staff Always has an attitude especially young black girl in morning. No customer service skills here. A little racism going on here too, especially with young black girl. Always out of Plastic forks and spoons and if you ask for one, they say they're out. 😂. Avoid this 7-11. Goto the one on W Princess Anne or Colley. You'll be treated with smiles. If you go in at 9am sometimes they have no food ready or condiments out for hot dogs, ECT. They're only here because of the shipyard. Dont go here at 9am or 11am.

Worst 7-11 ever! Staff is always rude, and they always have their door locked at night within hours of operation. Most of the time they sit at the register in view and just look at you pull on the door. At least put a sign up. If I could leave zero stars I would
