Shout out to Ainsley in the paint department for a great customer service on July 23rd. She took the time to understand what we needed and made sure we made the best decision for our budget.

As I walked in, I was greeted with a gentleman who offered to help me because it was super dark outside. They need to put more lights. As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed by the staff, and immediately assisted as to find where everything was that I was looking for. all of the staff were super helpful, kind, didn’t make me feel like I was a burden to them, and helped me find the best items for my projects. I will be coming to this location from now on.

It's quite a large area so you have to take your time when you go in there The staff so far has been very friendly and helpful everything is footwear it's supposed to be each aisle has its own items with large signs to tell you where to go and if you can't find what you're looking for just grab one of their friendly employees they will be more than happy to help you Good luck on your journey this is definitely a viable option

Wanted the black mulch and they had it at a fair price. Also discovered the Oriental Lily. The fragrance is mesmerizing! Absolutely beautiful!

The five stars are for the great customer service that was provided by Bobbie & Alex. They helped us with our online refrigerator purchase. Bobbie went above and beyond to help us when we got home and discovered the fridge was damaged. We appreciate both of their help.

Everything I need and more. Every time I go here orders or finding help is easy and smoothly transitioned, even My online order came early and super easy to pick up. My preferred store for maintenance and home care needs.

I purchased my black stainless steel Samsung French 2 door refrigerator from this location and had it delivered. The 3 delivery guys, Cari, Tay, and TJ, were timely, personable, and extremely knowledgeable about my new refrigerator. They also installed it and taught me how to properly take care of my new appliance. PHENOMENAL service; would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

I have been going to the store since it opened absolutely the best place in the world anywhere you go. Better prices and better selection than Lowe's in fact they should call them highs

My daughter and I came in to Home Depot off Military Highway in Norfolk. We were helped by Clay in the Lumber Dept. He was so friendly and helpful! If you go in there like me …. aimlessly wandering around clueless as to what you are doing, then ask for Clay. He will hook you up with the goods!

It's about time I write a review for one of my most favorite places in the whole wide world and that's Home Depot Norfolk Virginia on Military Highway. Or anywhere at that! Lowe's is okay but at the end of the day they just can't compete with Home Depot in terms of selection and pricing. I only shop at Lowe's maybe once or twice a year if that and that's for special items that my customers specifically choose or something Home Depot doesn't have or I'm close to it things of that nature.

This Home Depot is really busy but they manage to get you in and out along with the help they provide you when you're in need. If you're in need of anything from paint to appliances to tools, I recommend shopping with them!

My experience with everyone at this store was absolutely terrific. Everyone there was kind and courteous from the time I walked into the store until the time I left. They all made me a priority, which really made me feel very valued. It was very clear to me that management was top notch. Thank you for making my experience with you very positive.

The toilet paper is pretty bad, so if you need to take a mid day poop, wal-mart across the street is a little more forgiving on your bum. Home Depot always has good help around, the five stars is because of the beautiful women that work here. I would rather buy something at this Home Depot than get it for 50% cheaper at Lowe’s who has absolutely no attractive females. Sometimes, I’ll come back 3 or 4 times and act like I forget to buy things, depending on who is working the registers.

I go there often as I renovate houses near by and I appreciate all the help they offer and the convience of grabbing the part you need and getting back to the job. They have some good deals in the clearance area worth checking out as well.

Special shout out to Giselle! Was at the store on Monday attempting to purchase an AC unit...asked several employees for help...final asked Giselle for assistance. It took some time but she was able to help not only myself but another customer. Excellent follow through and service! Thank you!

Home depot is great. Everytime I go there for something I end up buying extra things because of the prices they have. Today I got a heavy duty rachet strap for 8.97 and a magnetic screen door (magic mesh) 14.99

A well stocked Home Depot with employees who know the store and how to help. I have shopped here since 2009 and just went there yesterday. It’s the best run HD in Hampton Roads because they keep its inventory pulled down. Quite often it the can be in Lowes or other HD that the item is not pulled down and I have to wait to get it down from overhead location. That is the worst! This store keeps its inventory down constantly. That’s so important to me. Also checking out can be slow here as lumber lines are often backed up with many contractors checking out constantly. Need more check out people down at contractor end.

I can always find someone to help me find the right aisle for the item I need.
