Ghent Grab & Go

Ghent Grab N Go recently catered our staff holiday party and they sincerely knocked it out of the park! Their attention to detail was superb. Everything was so delicious we kept answering the same question over and over again “where is this from again?” Haha in which we didn’t mind answering. Thank you for your lovely communication during the entire process as well! You made the entire experience stress free! We adore this versatile little shop in the heart of Ghent! Worth the drive if you live a little farther away!

I don’t leave reviews often but the Ghent grab n go has quickly been my favorite little spot. They have so much to offer and wide variety of vegan goodies that I appreciate. Coffee, sweets, alcohol, snacks etc. Plus, the owner is so friendly and helpful. We love coming here. Highly recommend!

First time stopping in here and I do not normally review a convenience store... well this is like a convenience store plus local farmer's market, international food store, package store (with NA options), bakery AND they have Dole Whip on tap!!
I've been driving and running by this place for a while now and my only regret is I didn't stop in sooner!
Literally has everything from bottom shelf beer and lays chips to plant based cake slices! Local made products, imported spices, rice, beans, stuff I've never even heard of but want to try!
We settled for a case of Liquid Death sparkling water (for cheaper than other places even on sale!), snack mix, slim Jim, sardines in hot sauce, a slice of vegan plant based carrot cake, local cold brew coffee and local hydration drink. Oh and of course some Dole Whip WATERMELON!

Owner was awesome as well! Sean (I apologize if I didn't spell that correctly) was very nice and even talked to the kids too!

Great selection of Indian spices, teas, Sri Lankan frozen snacks (so good). Great selection of craft and local beers. Family run and owned by an incredibly kind man from SL.

Thrilled that this neat little market is here- this is a gem of Ghent. I personally pop in for some local items ( especially Life is Gouda horseradish cheddar dip) and a bottle of wine or a fun different spice to try. The owner is truly lovely.

1st visit to grab a few sodas. Super friendly and has many staples. Also found Jamaican soda. 🤩 Welcome to the neighborhood GG&G !!

I never, EVER, write google reviews for places, but Ghent, Grab, and Go deserves it.

I go to a school that’s only a 5 minute walk away, and the fact that we students have a convenient store where we can binge on all our favorite snacks that is a reasonable distance from school is truly amazing.

I started going to Ghent, Grab, and Go when one of my classmates, L (no real name for privacy), gave a class announcement that we all needed to try this new convenience store in the area. He spoke highly of the place, and I definitely trusted L’s judgment on places that I should visit.

The rest is history. Me and all my school friends have become Ghent, Grab, and Go regulars. We make sure to go there at least once every week to get our daily fix of snacks. For me, Sean/Shawn (idk how to spell his name properly) has become a local friend of mine. He knows me by name and my favorite item, Trolli Peach Rings. He also tells me about the new developments the store gets. I’m particularly excited about the milkshakes starting in March.

Anyways, that’s my two cents. I am forever grateful to L for introducing me to this wonderful corner store.

I love this little store. They have so many unique finds and the owners are absolutely wonderful.

Shoutout to Ghent Grab & Go, the newest little convenience/specialty grocery store off Olney. Great assortment of beverages, snacks, ethnic ingredients, wine, and even mto sandwiches. Also offering an expanding fresh/local vegetable and meat selection! He has two different frozen yogurts that are so refreshing!! They are more like an Italian ice to me, as they don’t contain any dairy.

The owner Sean is so friendly!! Please support this little neighborhood market!

This is a family-owned store with FANTASTIC vegan options. The owner & their family are incredibly sweet & helpful. This is my favorite place to buy groceries & snacks. Great selection of West Indian/Caribbean food, fresh produce, frozen foods, desserts, & drinks. They are seeking employees so I hope they find one soon!

The shop has a great selection of things, priced well, clean, and the shop owner is equally kind as he is professional.

What a great addition to Ghent. I was amazed at their selection of international foods, particularly Indian - spices, dried goods, all sorts of things. They also have prepared food, nice wine and beer selections. Lots of interesting finds to peruse.

Easy in and out. Prices are probably better than other convenient stores. They take touchpay.

Made it in for the first time today and had a great conversation with the owner. He has a variety of coffee/ espresso drinks he can make, fresh sandwiches made to order, specialty groceries, and anything you could want from a convenience store. Go and check him out and support local business owners. Looking forward to my next visit!

Waaay better selection than 711. The owner is also a really cool and friendly guy. This is my go to store during my time living in Norfolk

I got a Sante Fe Turkey Sandwich and it was delicious! Definitely recommend for a quick grab on a lunch break.
