We went there to buy solution for contact lenses, variety of products , organize and clean, I liked cosmetic and beauty section.It’s convenience for everyone to live in this neighbourhood.

Let me just say, I did not walk into walk into Walgreens expecting an AMAZING experience. It was actually my first visit to this Walgreens and was so thankful I met Shirley. She was not only incredibly kind and engaging with my daughter, she was very helpful in picking the right products for my skin. Thank you! I can't wait to go back!

wanted to give a shout out to the workers here. there’s difficulties with staffing at every pharmacy in our area which has lead to longer wait times and difficulty contacting pharmacists. Dre was so patient with me & helped me find all of the coupons i needed despite the long lines and patients taking their frustration on him. thank you so much dre & staff!

Have been purchasing photo cards and prints from this Walgreens for a year and the people who work here are the best!! The prints and cards are always done well and they are done quickly. Valerie helped me with a print on Thursday and was so kind and great. Cannot recommend this Photo department more highly!

I have used this pharmacy for years and it’s about time I wrote a review about the great people there. Today is a perfect example. Without going into great detail, the pharmacist really went above and beyond for me today. All the staff over the years has done this though. No bad experiences there EVER. They are incredibly busy and mistreated by rude individuals sometimes but there are those of us who really appreciate you and the care and compassion you give to all. Thank you and much appreciation to EVERYONE at Walgreens pharmacy!

I had an excellent experience today at Walgreens. The power went out briefly and all the registers went down. The store manager, Ashley went into recovery mode and instructed the cashiers regarding the checkout protocol. I was out in less than 15 minutes. Ashley is an asset that epitomizes great customer service!

Omg there is a new beauty tech. I think her name is Shirley. She is amazing. I have cystic pock marks and acne riddled skin and she helped me find the right brand and type of foundation!!! I've been looking for years and have a hard time finding any info. On what I should use. She also recommended (and thankfully I bought) a slightly green face putty to offset the dark red pock marks. It was only her 3rd day there but she is killing it already. She also actively listened to me ramble on about products I use and my skin type and was genuinely interested and wanted to help. Thank you!!!

Fantastic store! The staff is very helpful and professional. Whether filling a prescription from a veterinarian for my dog or from a physician for one of us, each prescription is filled quickly and refills well managed. They make their stressful job seem effortless. Thanks Walgreens at 810 21st street. I appreciate your professionalism.

I feel relieved & know for a fact that they do care and satisfy their customers!! I have to say that the Walgreens on 21st is the Best Customer Service out here possible and take care of your blood pressure needs! My pharmacist helped me when I couldn't afford it and made it accessible to me in this great depression with C.O.V.I.D 19 going on. I changes to this pharmacy after my old pharmacy (Eckerds - no longer in business) put the wrong pills in the bottle and gave them to me and it wasn't until a few days later when I looked my new prescription up on line that I discovered the white scored oval in the bottle was not the small dark blue round pill described on the manufacturer's website.
Walgreen has a description of every pill on the bottle - and when they switch suppliers its updated.
The pharmacy staff has been wonderful - always answer questions and are on top of things. Love this pharmacy.

I never have a bad thing to say about this location. From the blonde lady who is always upfront to everyone else that works there. However today was even better when Ashely in makeup was a complete pleasure. You can tell she comes to work ready to take her job seriously. Very presentable, very outgoing, and jumps at the chance to help. It takes a lot for me to write a review but she deserves it ten times over. Always can count on a friendly face and someone willing to help, no matter which department they work in. The pharmacy is full of dedicated folk who work to complete orders quickly. Despite having cut hours, the service has been unaffected.

Cierra was very helpful with my concerns about a prescription and the availability of that prescription. She provided me with many different solutions and made sure I was taken care of. We need more people in healthcare that provide this quality of customer service.

I am mainly reviewing the pharmacy. I had to fill two prescriptions today and they were very expensive since I do not have insurance. The pharmacist did everything she could to find discounts and was able to help me out a great deal, which she of course didn't need to do, even though they were obviously very busy.

The employees are always so kind to me, even when I drag my slightly grumpy, insomniac butt in at 3 am and buy nothing but pizza rolls and a five pound bag of sour patch kids. I love this Walgreens for their friendly staff and also for their ever-expanding cosmetics section.

I needed my prescription sent and filled to this pharmacy very last minute. At 9 pm they were able to get this done. They were very professional, kind, and timely. I really appreciated it.

Very clean location there's plenty of parking the staff is friendly but Lacks product location you have to go through one or two of them just to get to the location you need to find what you need this location is adjacent to justify every major highway in the area if you are in the area stopping and say hello

Easy to park. Easy to see from the road. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great sales.

Probably the best stocked Walgreens in the Hampton Roads area honestly. I've always been able to find exactly what I need where I expect it.
