Thank you Christina for the amazing customer service with caring heart! There are a few honey baked Ham companies around NOVA area, and I will go out of my area to this location for phenomenal customer service. While all the Honey Baked Ham with quality food, this location stands out more because its service!

Long story short, I got off late from work and realized that I still need to get a ham for my office potluck next day. With all the last moment stress plus the crazy NOVA traffic, I thought I would fail my ham mission. Christina’s welcome and caring customer service over the phone and in-person was top of notch! Thank you again for your wonderful support! It will be many more visit to Fairfax location for my future holidays and parties!

When you have pleasant and professional staff with over 20 years at this location. You get a great tasting sandwich. They cater for office parties, family meals or holidays. They deliver one meal or one hundred sandwiches. The atmosphere and seating area is always clean. You can come in and sit down to a nice meal.

Stopped by for ham bones and some lunch. Soups turn out fantastic when using their ham bones. I'm looking forward to enjoying the slow cooking smell all day. The soup and sandwich we ordered we're delicious.

Their sandwiches are so good. Agreed that the front end folks sometimes don't quite get it right, but the manager, Timothy is so understanding and ready to make things right if that happens. I hope you give them a chance because I would hate to see them go away.

The smoked Turkey breast to me is better than the ham ( though both are so yummy ) always such kind, helpful employees. Went 2 days before Christmas, the store was mad crazy, but everyone was very helpful & kind!! Thank you for your service!!!☆☆☆☆☆

Best experience I’ve had at the Honey Baked Ham Store. All of the associates were extremely helpful and courteous. They went out of their way on two occasions to research my requests. Great place to go for good ham and good service.

Friendly helpful staff and always the best ham to make any occasion special. Parking can be a bit tight during peak hours. You can't always see what's available in store in their website. For Easter according to the website, I could no longer longer ham. I assumed they were sold out at the local store. I decided to call the store directly and we were able to get our Easter Ham even though it showed sold out online.

The food here never disappoints. From the frozen side dishes to the fresh salads, the smoked turkey, and of course THE HAM! But, tonight I’d like to recognize the lady behind the counter. (MYRA!) She was just wonderful. Thank you for your friendly kindness. An obvious smile behind the mask. I needed that!

Honey Baked Ham did not let us down. Our lunch was exceptional. The produce was fresh, the bread was delicious, and the ham left us speechless. I highly recommend this place for a quick lunch. I cant wait to order Thanksgiving from here.

I am not a sandwiches type of person, but theirs completely won me over!! Such good flavors and products. Their staff is respectful and polite and the store is ALWAYS sparkling clean.

The ham is just so yummy. The honey crispness, why would you ever make your own ham when you can get one here. Too bad there is not one in Arlington, Falls Church location is very convenient.

Love the Cobb salad. Meats are better than store brand deli meat.

We ordered online for quarter ham but when we got there they ran out of that.... besides that everything is good. We are gonna feast tomorrow 😁

We came for ham bones for soup and we ended up getting lunch. Soup and the tavern club sandwich hot the spot.

Wonderful croissant sandwiches with their delicious ham, thinly th sliced with fresh veggies and a super tasty sandwich dressing.
