They almost always have what we need/are looking for - in fact, when we can't find it at the major chain hardware stores, we will find it here. Customer service is spot-on..! Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are reasonable. Location is convenient and getting in and out super-quick.

Always a pleasure to stop in there. The staff is so helpful and happily greeting all customers... Will go there before Lowe's or home depot from now on! I run a big box store and they usually have the out of ordinary hardware I need to serve my customers..

I stop through here every other week or more for a whole assortment of items to include mulch, hardware, pruning tools and much more. They have quite a robust set of options for most household maintenance needs. I consider True Value my local "mini-lowes" and I try and stop here first if I can before running across town to look for parts, pieces and tools. The staff is always forthright and friendly and eager to help as soon as you walk in the door. It's almost never crowded and well staffed so the service levels are outstanding and speedy. I'm definitely glad they added True Value to this community as I believe it holds up to its name.

The people that work there are the best. They have the time and patience to help you with everything you need.its always a pleasure to go there.

It's too bad some people have had negative experiences at this store. I have found them to always be friendly, helpful, and willing to make recommendations. They are great to have nearby over having to drive to Home Depot or Lowes. I frequent the store quite a bit for all sorts of smaller items or small quantities. For everything else I go to the larger stores.

A small place that seems to have everything you need. The staff make you feel more like a family member than just a customer.

Medium hardware/yard store similar to Ace rather than HD. I received good, personal service during recent visit. Update - returned for some stainless steel machine bolts, and they had almost all I needed. Great personal service. Raised my rating to 5.

The store was set up great they had lots of different screws and all that to choose from we needed very specific screws and they had them luckily the dude there was able to help us find the right size

Customer service here is superior! I still have to go to the big box stores for some things, like plants, but otherwise I shop here, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and someone is always available to help, unlike those big box stores where the employees know no more about the merchandise than you do.

My dad is elderly and they always have a chair waiting on him. They are the nicest and caring people that always go above and beyond in service. Double the stars and that still wouldn't be enough! Great staff! Good people! Thank you all!

They have almost all your car needs and very helpful employees.

Convenient local store with the most needed items available to do/fix in a pinch. They dont have the selection or specialty items that lowes home depot have but not having to fight the traffic is priceless. They have a lot of interesting sections too, like camping stuff, canning section, archery/target practice items you normally wouldn't expect so worth seeing every aisle.

They are always so good to me when I shop. Told them what I was looking for, helped me, and joked around a bit. So friendly!!!

The people that work there at true value treat you as if you were family, there polite and very helpful, if they don't have what you want they will tell you where to go for it. Customer service is ten stars plus.. keep it up true value.

For a smaller store they have exactly what you need. The service you receive is over the top. Good place to shop.

Very kind and attentive employees. They have a lot of product and very helpful in locating even the smallest items. If in doubt, call them and they will inform if they carry the product or not.
