Very nice florist the man I talked to was very helpful they tried to make a delivery but the person was not at the office so they brought the flowers back and redelivered them at no charge this is good business

Yesterday I had to get a corsage for the same day evening event. I called a few florists in the area, but they were either not taking orders for the same day or were not making corsages. I hesitated calling Garden City Florist because of the bad reviews, but as I was running out of options, I finally did.

I called them at 10:30 am and was told that not only do they make corsages, but that it would be ready in 1 hour, and asked me for the color of flowers and ribbons. At 11:30 they called me back saying that the corsage was ready. As I was still running errands at that time, I thought I would pick it up later in the afternoon. At 12:45 I got another call informing me that the store will be closing at 1 pm. Since there was no way I could get there in 15 min, I asked to leave the flowers outside. They told me that it would be too worm for the flowers to sit outside and that they would wait for me. And they did.

I came at 1:30, picked up the corsage, and it was lovely!

Late order for Mother's Day flowers, delivered. Mom seemed happy with all aspects of their product, from individual flowers to presentation at delivery. Garden City is my new go-to.

Evidently the arrangement was spectacular because of the floral designer however a simple confirmation request for the receptionist (?owner?) was responded to rudely . . . he must have felt insulted and criticized but a simple confirmation of the delivery would have sufficed. The flower orders for Mother's Day must be overwhelming for him.

WARNING- They did deliver same day (hence the 2 star rating) but the arrangement was NOTHING like what I ordered and was told they could provide. I tried to call to talk to them about it but could only leave a message They never returned my call. Very disappointing.

Absolute worst customer service experience of my life.
Flowers were not delivered. When I called to ask why, the owner told me, "I ain't got time for this" and hung up on me. Then he proceeded to ignore my calls.

This place is a giant stinking pile of manure. Avoid at all costs.

Flowers came a day late and don’t look like the picture. $60 is $40 more than I would pay for these flowers

Bought an upgraded premium flower package along with a large chocolate box from them for valentines day for my wife and got the smallest bouquet ever and a box with 12 chocolates.
